How can I create an account?
You can create an account by accessing elnuevodia.com.
iOS and Android users:
From your phone or tablet, open the menu in the top left corner marked with three lines and click the link titled "Register." Next to the question "Don't have an account?", click the link "Create one here." Fill in the fields, accept the terms and conditions, and click "Create account."
From your computer, in the top right corner, click the link titled "Register." Next to the question "Don't have an account?", click the link "Create one here." Fill in the fields, accept the terms and conditions, and click "Create account."
You can also create an account with your social network: Facebook, Google, or Microsoft. Once you complete the process, you'll know you're registered when you see your name appear on the screen.
If I want to update my payment method, how do I do it?
Go to micuenta.elnuevodia.com and log in to update your payment method. Click the "My Subscription" button at the top. In the "Payment Information" section, click the "Change Payment Method" link and follow the instructions on the following screens.
What should I do if I see the message: Email already exists when I register?
If you see this message during the registration process, it means that an account with your email address already exists, and that you previously registered with one for one of our brands: El Nuevo Día, Primera Hora, Oferta del Día, Clasificadospr, Premios, Sal!, Shop.pr, Por Dentro, or Magacín. To access your account, you must use the same information you used when registering (email and password or social network) to log in to any of our platforms. If you don't remember your login, please contact our Customer Service Department at 787-641-8800, and one of our representatives will assist you.
What is Direct Payment?
It's an easier way to pay for your El Nuevo Día newspaper subscription. This allows you to make payments via automatic debit from your bank account or to a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or AMEX). You can also use debit cards with the VISA or MasterCard logo.
What should I do if when activating my subscription I see the message: "We couldn't find a subscription with the information provided"?
Contact our Customer Service Department by calling 787-641-8800. One of our representatives will help you activate your digital access. Our service hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
