Doktor.se provides you and your family with quick and reliable healthcare around the clock, every day of the week, directly through your mobile device or tablet. Here, you can consult with doctors, psychologists, nurses, midwives, physiotherapists, and dietitians. You log in using BankID and initiate your request in just 10 seconds.

WHAT DOKTOR.SE CAN ASSIST WITH

Our staff can support both adults and children with assessment, advice, and treatment for a wide range of issues online. This could include everything from allergies, gynecological problems, to colds. We also have specialized dermatologists available for those seeking care for conditions such as rashes, eczema, blisters, or acne.

If you are dealing with anxiety or stress, you can have a direct consultation with a psychologist through our app with minimal waiting time. We offer meetings via video calls as well as several different ICBT programs for those who prefer a more self-directed treatment approach.

HOW DOKTOR.SE WORKS

Download the Doktor.se app and log in using mobile BankID. This step is necessary for identity verification and to grant us permission to provide you with care. In the app, select the issue you need help with so we can connect you with the appropriate healthcare professional through chat, phone, or video. You will be able to start your case in just 10 seconds!

PHYSICAL CARE

Doktor.se operates over 20 physical clinics throughout the country. If we cannot assist you digitally, we will help you get in touch with physical healthcare providers for further evaluation and treatment.

Digital appointment

If you have digital healthcare appointment, you can easily manage it in the app.

You can cancel or reschedule your digital appointment in the Doktor.se app by selecting "Av-/omboka" ("Cancel booking/rebook").

Don't have the Doktor.se app on your mobile phone? Start by downloading the Doktor.se app from the App Store or Google Play.

Have you already installed the Doktor.se app? Open the Doktor.se app on your mobile phone or tablet.

Click "Log in with BankID"

Your BankID needs to be installed on the same device as the app.

Change app language to Swedish. 

Click "Sök vård", then under "Vårdadministration" at the bottom of the page click on the category "Av-/omboka" ("Cancel booking/rebook") - chose "Doktor.se digital".

Our team consists of licensed and experienced healthcare professionals who work at physical clinics or hospitals when they are not assisting patients on Doktor.se. We can help you with assessments, advice, and treatment for various concerns. If needed, a referral for further care will be provided. We can also issue sick leave certificates starting from the eighth day of your illness and for up to a week thereafter if deemed appropriate by the doctor.
