Is my past registration still valid?

If you registered before March 1, 2022 , your registration is not valid. Please create a new one. We have launched a new version of the application that does not remember old registrations.

I want to register, but I can't get through the registration process.

As part of successful email registration, you must enter your email address, a new password, and password confirmation.

Email address - is used as a unique identifier and all confirmation messages are sent to your email address

Password - must contain at least 6 characters, of which at least one character must be a number. If you are not comfortable with email registration, use the option to register via Facebook, Gmail or Apple ID (for iOS only).

I don't remember my password.

You can easily reset your original password using the Forgotten Password feature. Enter the email address your account is registered to and confirm the link in the email you receive. You will then be prompted to enter and confirm a new password.

I can't log in. What should I do?

I purchased coupons on your website, where can I see them?

Coupons on the website work the same as in the mobile application. After logging in to the slevy.marianne.cz page, in the coupons tab you will find all discounts. After clicking on the discount you have selected, press the "Show me the discount code" button and you will see the discount code for the e-shop or you can show the screen to the treasure in the brick-and-mortar store.
