1、How do I access and use the electronic coupons?

Simply activate the coupons within the app, and present the digital voucher at participating stores during checkout. They function identically to printed coupons.

2、Is the app available for both iOS and Android devices?

Yes, the DNY MARIANNE app can be downloaded free from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

3、Do I need an internet connection to use the app during the event?

While an internet connection is required for initial browsing and coupon activation, your saved deals and coupons remain accessible offline.

4、Can I share my list of favorite deals with friends or family?

Yes, the app allows you to easily share curated deals via social media or messaging platforms.

5、Are the electronic coupons free, or is there a cost to use them?

The coupons are priced at 120 CZK each but offer significant discounts on purchases—effectively paying for themselves with your first use.

6、How do I claim special gifts through the Marianne E-lounge?

Gifts and rewards can be claimed in the app’s E-lounge section, often by completing simple actions or reaching purchase thresholds.

7、I didn't receive an email to verify my email address or reset my password. What should I do?

Check your spam, bulk mail, and promotions folders . Didn't find the email there either? Check that you entered the correct email address .

8、Is my past registration still valid?

If you registered before March 1, 2022 , your registration is not valid. Please create a new one. We have launched a new version of the application that does not remember old registrations.

I want to register, but I can't get through the registration process.

As part of successful email registration, you must enter your email address, a new password, and password confirmation.

Email address - is used as a unique identifier and all confirmation messages are sent to your email address

Password - must contain at least 6 characters, of which at least one character must be a number. If you are not comfortable with email registration, use the option to register via Facebook, Gmail or Apple ID (for iOS only).

I don't remember my password.

You can easily reset your original password using the Forgotten Password feature. Enter the email address your account is registered to and confirm the link in the email you receive. You will then be prompted to enter and confirm a new password.

9、I can't log in. What should I do?

We'd be happy to help you with that. Before we get started:

1) Check that you are entering the correct password and login email.

2) Recover your forgotten password.

10、I purchased coupons on your website, where can I see them?

Coupons on the website work the same as in the mobile application. After logging in to the slevy.marianne.cz page, in the coupons tab you will find all discounts. After clicking on the discount you have selected, press the "Show me the discount code" button and you will see the discount code for the e-shop or you can show the screen to the treasure in the brick-and-mortar store.
