A conventional Norwegian grocery outlet ranges from 700 to 1200 square meters and is typically located in desirable areas. This incurs high expenses, and we prefer not to transfer those extra costs to you. Instead, our spacious warehouse is situated outside the city, which has significantly lower operating costs.

How to place an order

Ordering for the first time, or curious about how Oda works? Here are some simple tips to get you started!

1. Check your address and create a user

We deliver food in Eastern Norway and large parts of Southern Norway. The first thing you do when you create a user is to check if we deliver to your address. You can also explore the selection without being logged in.

2. Choose a delivery time

We recommend that you choose a delivery time before you start shopping. This will give you updated product availability and prices for your delivery day. In addition, we reserve the time for you for 60 minutes. Choosing a delivery time is not binding, you can change it right up until you pay.

Tip!

If you see a green icon at a delivery time, it means that someone in your neighborhood has chosen that delivery time. By choosing the same one, the delivery will be more environmentally friendly, because we can drive a shorter distance per stop.

3. Choose items and pay

In our selection you will find more than 7500 items. We have everything from well-known and beloved everyday favorites, to specialties and items that make everyday life easier. You get everything at prices as low as the other discount stores.

You can see our entire selection under "All products", or use the search field to find what you are looking for. In addition, you will receive recommendations based on what you usually shop for, and what we think you need.

After you have filled your shopping cart, go to the checkout and pay. You will receive an order confirmation and receipt by email.

4. Forgot something? You can still add items to your order

You can add products to your order the night before delivery. The exact deadline can be found in the order confirmation by email, on the order page and on the front page.

How to add items: Fill the shopping cart with what you need, go to the checkout and select "Add to previous order". It is not possible to remove items from your order after you have ordered, but if you contact customer service in good time, we will help you.

Payment methods

You can pay by credit card (VISA, Mastercard), Vipps or Apple Pay. Corporate customers and assisted users can also pay by invoice via email or EHF.

5. Easy overview of your order

It is easy to have an overview after you have ordered.

We will send you an estimate of when we will arrive the evening before or the same day, depending on the delivery time you selected. In addition, we will send a new message when we are 5–15 minutes away.

You can also follow the status of your order in the app and on the website.
