What payment types can I use?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal/PayPal - Pay Later (US only), Disney Rewards redemption, Diners Club, Discover, Disney Gift Cards and Click to Pay.

You may apply up to 5 Disney Gift Cards for your purchase.  If the balance of your Disney Gift Cards doesn't cover the total of your purchase a credit card will also be required

When using a Disney Gift Card, only a credit card can be applied/combined for your purchase

A credit card is required when using your Disney Rewards Redemption Card

When selecting Click to Pay or PayPal/PayPal - Pay later other payment methods are not able to be applied

Click to Pay or PayPal/PayPal - Pay Later are only not able to be applied when ordering via phone

What is the Disney Rewards Redemption Card?

The Disney Rewards Redemption Card is used by Disney Visa Cardmembers to redeem Disney Rewards Dollars for Disney goods and services.

To apply an eligible promotional offer enter the promotion in the box labeled "Apply Promo Code when you are in your "My Bag" (which is before you enter your payment or shipping information). If the Promo has been successfully applied, you should see an indication under the Promo Code Box. There should also be a check mark next to the promo code that was applied to your order.

Was I charged multiple times for the same order?

It is very unlikely. Instead, you are probably seeing an authorization and the subsequent settlement for a single order. It is also possible that your order shipped in multiple packages, whereas each package of your order would settle separately as individual charges. To learn more, click HERE.
