FAQs：

Basic Shopping

1. What does POCO primarily sell? Is it suitable for buying essential household items?

It primarily sells furniture (sofas, beds, wardrobes, etc.), appliances (washing machines, refrigerators, etc.), and home furnishings (carpets, bedding, lamps, etc.). It also offers custom kitchen services. It's a great place to buy essential items, such as wardrobes and bedding for a rental apartment, or sofas and appliances for a new home renovation. The comprehensive selection allows you to complete your purchase all at once.

2. Are the products expensive? Any recommendations for value?

The prices aren't too high, focusing on value. Basic items are very affordable, such as bedding for 8 €, wardrobes for 99 €, and refrigerators for 299 €. Larger items are often discounted, too. For example, a corner sofa originally priced over 2,000 € might be less than 1,000 € after discount, making it suitable for those on a budget.

Service and After-Sales

1. Can POCO deliver items to your door? Can I pick them up in person?

Both options are available. You can choose home delivery (some items are free shipping), or you can use the "Store Locator" to find a nearby store for in-person pickup. If your purchase is large and inconvenient for in-person pickup, delivery is more convenient.

2. Is there professional assistance for buying a custom kitchen? For example, if you're unsure about the layout, you might need to contact after-sales service.

Yes, you can schedule a kitchen consultation. A consultant will provide a free consultation and even come to your home to take measurements and help you plan cabinet and appliance placement. This is ideal for those who are inexperienced and want to minimize the hassle of installing a kitchen. Custom kitchens often offer discounts, which can save you a lot of money.

3. If I bought the wrong item or don't like it, can I return or exchange it?

Yes, returns and exchanges are available, but they must comply with platform regulations (e.g., the item is unused and the packaging is intact). If there are any quality issues with the appliances, you can contact after-sales service for repairs. The after-sales service is quite comprehensive.
