1. How do I get my prescription after a virtual visit?
If you received a prescription at the end of the virtual visit, you will be asked to select a pharmacy to send the prescription to.
Pharmacies with the “Fill by App” badge are Dr.Now partner pharmacies, which means you don't need to call them, just send your prescription to the app and they will start filling it right away.
You can also send your prescription to a pharmacy that is not affiliated with Dr.Now and pick up your medication, just call the pharmacy before sending your prescription to make sure they can fill it.

The prescription sent through the Dr.Now app is the original prescription linked to the hospital's computerized system.
2. Is it possible to download or print prescriptions?
No. According to the current pilot project of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, prescriptions issued after a non-face-to-face consultation cannot be downloaded or printed to prevent tampering.
When you send the prescription to the pharmacy through the Dr.Now app, a backsheet is automatically sent according to the Welfare Ministry guidelines. Therefore, you can receive your prescription without having to print out the prescription and take it to the pharmacy.
3. Can I get prescribed any medication through non-face-to-face treatment?
According to the pilot project of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, narcotics, drugs of abuse, and post-partum contraceptives cannot be prescribed through b-virtual consultation.

4. Will anyone be able to receive a non-face-to-face consultation?
According to the 'Announcement on Amendments to the Guidelines for Non-face-to-face Medical Treatment Pilot Project', which was implemented on February 23, 2024, anyone can use non-face-to-face medical treatment 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
However, if you have symptoms that make it difficult to receive treatment online, the treatment may be canceled according to the doctor's judgment.

5. Is the non-face-to-face consultation only conducted via video?
You can receive non-face-to-face medical treatment through video or audio.
