FAQs

1. How do I get my prescription after a virtual visit?

If you received a prescription at the end of the virtual visit, you will be asked to select a pharmacy to send the prescription to.

Pharmacies with the “Fill by App” badge are Dr.Now partner pharmacies, which means you don't need to call them, just send your prescription to the app and they will start filling it right away.

You can also send your prescription to a pharmacy that is not affiliated with Dr.Now and pick up your medication, just call the pharmacy before sending your prescription to make sure they can fill it.

* If you don't see a pharmacy near you, use the map's zoom-out feature to change your location, then tap

Tap [Rescan this location] to see more pharmacies.

The prescription sent through the Dr.Now app is the original prescription linked to the hospital's computerized system.

2. Is it possible to download or print prescriptions?

No. According to the current pilot project of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, prescriptions issued after a non-face-to-face consultation cannot be downloaded or printed to prevent tampering.

The medicine took more than two days to arrive, so I had to have another in-person consultation and got new medication. I requested a non-face-to-face delivery, but they said it's killing the coronavirus patients. Since the delivery method wasn't clearly specified, I chose the courier service. After the consultation, without any further choice or cancellation options, the payment process swiftly proceeded, and I had to wait for the medicine for over two days.

I love being able to have remote medical consultations, especially during these times. It's so convenient and the app feels more trustworthy than others.

This app is just terrible now. It was great before, but not anymore. I asked for help because of a little sinus infection, but they keep canceling on me. Is this service only good in Seoul?

Wow, I got my medicine just 1 hour after seeing the doctor. This app is a must-have for busy workers who don't have time to go to the hospital!! Highly recommended!

Canceling daily registration services without quality control is not feasible. If the business consistently records losses, it may be wise to consider shutting it down quickly. What matters most is the service, not fundraising.

I've been feeling unwell with a high fever and diarrhea recently, making it difficult for me to visit the hospital. I requested a remote consultation, but after registering for the appointment and waiting for 10 minutes, they suddenly canceled it without giving any explanation. I tried requesting appointments at other places, but they all got canceled as well. I had to endure the agonizing pain of waiting for 40 to 50 minutes. Shouldn't they at least tell me the reason why they couldn't proceed with the consultation? It's hard to understand why they made me wait for 10 minutes only to cancel it without any explanation. It was the worst experience.

As soon as I downloaded this app, it immediately started demanding location access. And if I didn't allow it, they wouldn't let me use the app at all. Are they a voice phishing company or something? It's so obvious they're just spamming ads and annoying people, but who casually asks for location access like that? The entire population is not stupid.

These days, with the current situation, it's really convenient to be able to receive medical consultations and have medications delivered without having to go to the hospital. Remote consultations based on symptoms are also possible, and you can even check out the latest reviews on medical treatments. It seems great that you can search for doctors and hospital names as well!
