Hey there! So, the app doesn't have a save function for keywording. When I add keywords in the app, it doesn't sync up with esp. It would be awesome to have a save function in the batch editing section. Maybe I'm not fully in control when using the app.

Oh no, the customer service at Getty was really bad. They took forever to reply and then just closed my ticket without even helping me. I tried again with another ticket, but they only replied twice and closed it without checking if my problem was fixed. I'm so frustrated and let down by this experience.

I find the concept of sharing my pictures with this company really exciting. However, I am quite surprised that a big company like this doesn't have an excellent, user-friendly app. It's actually quite the opposite! The team in charge of developing their website really should be let go. Seriously! 🤦🏼‍♀️💯

So, there's this app that keeps giving me this message like 'you gotta update or you won't be able to log in' and then it just shuts down. But when I go to the Play page, there's no update to be found. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing changed. Such a terrible setup, honestly.

Oh man, the user interface was terrible! I spent a whole 40 minutes adding tags to 15 photos. Guess what? They got rejected all because of one wrong click! Seriously, why not make it easier for users by adding a feature to correct mistakes? It's so frustrating. Think I might just switch to another platform that's more user-friendly.

The app's user interface is not good. It makes me reluctant to upload my photos. They took away the only feature I liked, which was showing total downloads and downloads per image. This app has become the most annoying one I have ever used. I think they deserve an award for being this bad.

However, accessing the account on the laptop is quite problematic as there's no way to reset the password on initial login. It requires a strong memory to log in successfully. The team should address this issue promptly as I'm struggling to recall the main account password with no option available to reset it apart from repeatedly raising complaints.

So, the app was great at first. But now, it's not working anymore. It's been acting up for about a week since October 23rd. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but it still didn't work. So, sadly, I've decided to remove it from my device and will use it on my computer instead.
