--How do I change my incoming call screen background?

In Settings, select "Themes/Caller Screen" or "Background/Live Wallpaper." You can choose from the available themes or assign backgrounds to individual contacts. Please note that some backgrounds are paid.

--Can I customize the background for outgoing calls?

Not fully supported. Currently, we primarily support background changes for incoming calls; support for outgoing calls is limited or unavailable. This has been mentioned in user feedback.

--What is LED flash? Does it drain my battery?

The LED flash is a visual effect for incoming call alerts, and you can set the flash frequency and duration. It does use more resources (battery/processor) than the standard incoming call screen. Prolonged or frequent use of the flash may drain my battery faster. (This is a common concern among users.)

--Are there any ads or paywalls?

Yes, the free version has ads, and some backgrounds, themes, or additional features require in-app purchases or subscriptions. Users have reported that frequent ads can affect the user experience.

--Does the app support multiple SIM cards and multi-call conferencing? 

Supports multiple SIM card management and also includes "Multi-Conference Call Support."

--Does every feature work properly on all devices/Android versions?

Not necessarily. Some users have reported that caller backgrounds or custom backgrounds don't display or apply on certain devices (or on certain OS versions/brands). Compatibility varies depending on device and OS version.
