The latest update broke the app. Logging in is impossible because it just keeps loading. Checking the popcorn club doesn’t work, and the page stays blank. You can only see movies and sessions. Honestly, any web page can do that.

The app feels a bit sluggish. Finding what I want at the cinema close to home is a struggle. Cinesystem sticks to blockbusters. Limited choices and the best films end up in the worst theaters. It really takes the fun out of paying a high price for a ticket.

Parece que o sistema trava sempre que clica em comprar ingresso. Que frustração! É uma situação bem chata. A gente só quer garantir aquele lugar, mas acontece isso. Melhor tentar novamente ou olhar outras opções.

We managed to watch the movies that are currently showing. The system feels really confusing, almost like they just adapted the website for downloading without actually using a browser. It wasn't designed specifically for this platform. Still, it works!

The app serves as the mobile version of the Cinesystem website. Every time I open it, I keep saying I don't want to be directed to the programming for a cinema that's not even in my state. Now the app sends a notification saying "come to Cinesystem," but when I open it, all I see is the homepage of the company's site. This app doesn't reflect the excellent quality of services offered by Cinesystem. Improvements are needed. 😙

The process for redeeming rewards needs improvement. You can't use your points at the time of purchase without receiving an email first. If I want to use my points while shopping, I'm unable to do it without that email. There should be an option to redeem points freely whenever you want.
