CiberCuba is a news and content portal focused on Cuba and its people, with the primary goal of providing insights into the realities of the island.

CiberCuba was established in Valencia in November 2014 by two Cuban exiles living in Spain: Luis Flores and Luis Manuel Mazorra.

The Sweet Havana Carnival 2025 transformed downtown Louisville, Kentucky, into a vibrant piece of Cuba over the past weekend. With a large attendance and an atmosphere filled with music, flavor, and joy, the event was labeled by many as "the best of the year" in the city.
The Queen of the Carnival, Roselyn Pérez, led the celebration accompanied by local artists such as +Flow and Cuban Soul Band, as well as prominent members of the Cuban community like the comedian Boncó Quiñongo, the singer José El Pillo, and the charismatic Michel Valdés from the Baila con Micho academy, who also served as the official marshal of the Carnival.

The event featured a special appearance by the mayor of Louisville, Craig Greenberg, who showed his support for this initiative aimed at strengthening the ties of the Latino community in the city.
For two days, hundreds of people gathered to experience a unique cultural event that featured live orchestras, dancers, and the best Cuban music. The atmosphere evoked the splendor of the island's traditional carnivals, in a space where nostalgia, joy, and pride in the Cuban heritage came together.
The Sweet Havana Carnival also featured traditional cuisine, workshops, artistic performances, and activities for the whole family, becoming a festive and inclusive gathering that celebrated the emerging talent and cultural roots of the Cuban community in Kentucky.
Organized by the Sweet Havana team, the event established itself as a vibrant platform for cultural expression and a benchmark of unity for the Latino community of the state.
