How to track a parcel

You can track your parcel using the tracking number or phone number. If you have a tracking number, enter it in the form on the website , in the mobile app or in your personal account (the "Login" button on the main page).

To track your parcel using your phone number, log in to your personal account or install the app and log in. All orders linked to your number will be automatically added to the history.

How to contact the courier

If you want to change the time or place of the courier's arrival, please contact the support service - click on the "Have a question?" icon in the lower right corner of the site. 

The courier will call you 30-60 minutes before arrival. But you can contact him using the contacts that will be available when the parcel is issued for delivery. You will receive a notification in the mobile application with details, including the courier's phone number.

If you do not have a mobile application, the notification will come to one of the messengers installed on your phone or VK. If you do not see the notification, check the courier's contacts in your personal account (the "Login" button on the main page).

How to calculate shipping costs

You can calculate the cost of delivery using the calculator on the website , in the mobile app or in your personal account (the "Login" button on the main page). Specify the cities of departure and destination, weight and dimensions of the parcel. If you do not know the exact ones, write approximate ones, since the parcel will be measured and weighed upon sending to calculate the final cost of delivery.

If you want to know the cost of delivery from an online store, contact the seller - special rates apply for online platforms that are not displayed in the calculator.

If the order is sent with payment upon receipt, the cost can be found in the mobile app or personal account (the "Login" button on the main page). When the parcel arrives at the pick-up point or warehouse, you will receive a notification with the amount to be paid.

If you are a legal entity with an agreement with SDEK, a full order history with all the data, including the cost, is available in your personal account.

How to receive a parcel without a passport

To receive and send parcels without a passport, connect the CDEK ID service . It will generate a code available in the mobile application or personal account. Using the code, it is easy to receive parcels: independently or with the help of people you trust.

You can connect the service in the office or online in 1 minute.

How to make changes to an order

Open the section " Changing an order " - all the answers are collected there: how to cancel, change the date or place of delivery, change the recipient.

Why is inner packaging needed?

To prevent damage to the cargo during transportation, we recommend using internal packaging . It will protect the contents from contact with each other and contact with the outer packaging.

Such packaging can be purchased at pick-up points - availability should be clarified at a specific office .

You can also use your own packaging: Airpacker air cushions, granulated filler, foam, cardboard and other materials.

Why delivery may be delayed

Only due to unforeseen circumstances that we cannot influence. For example, due to changes in customs clearance rules, flight cancellations, transport breakdowns, courier illnesses.

Order is moving in the wrong direction: why

Deviations from the route are often related to problems with transport communications. It may be faster to deliver a parcel via a complex route than directly. We usually learn about disruptions in delivery routes promptly, so we try to send your order via the shortest route from the nearest sorting center.

How quickly will the parcel be delivered?

Delivery speed depends on the selected tariff and direction:

- From 1 day - delivery within the city;

- 1-3 days - between major cities by plane (Express and Super-Express rates);

- 5-10 days - between cities at ground rates (Magistral Express, Parcel). 

It is convenient to calculate the exact delivery time in the calculator on the website or in the SDEK mobile application . To do this, enter the place of departure and receipt of the parcel, the weight and dimensions of the parcel. Both settlements are in the calculator? Excellent! This means that delivery to your destination is possible.
