This unofficial Cardfight Vanguard Database provides enthusiasts of the Cardfight Vanguard Trading Card Game (TCG) with access to information about all officially released English cards, along with English versions of several Japanese cards that have yet to be made available in English.

The Cardfight Vanguard Database is entirely free to use.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR USERS OF OLDER ANDROID VERSIONS

Please be aware that due to circumstances beyond our control, Version 4.79 will be the final version to function on Android versions prior to 4.1 (Jelly Bean).

- Full-size card images (Internet connection required) available by tapping on thumbnails. Zooming and panning capabilities are included.

- Card text, sets, and rarities can be viewed by selecting an item from the list.

NEW FEATURES IN VERSION 3

- Personal Favorites Card Lists

Create personalized lists of your favorite cards.

Organize the cards according to your preferences.

Compile lists with the top cards from each clan, or for cards you wish to trade, or any other categories you choose.

- Build Decks

Construct your decks directly on the device.

This feature is similar to lists but includes quantities for each card.

(Future updates will include deck stats, test draws, etc.)

Existing users should note that filters can no longer be accessed through a 'Press and Hold' gesture, as this functionality now brings up card options. If your device lacks a menu button, utilize the three-dot screen button to reach the filters.

Regarding the character 'Я' (if your device cannot display this character, it is a reversed 'R').

This character is not available on a standard Android keyboard.

If you need to include this character in a search, please type '*R' instead.

For example, searching for '*Reverse' will yield results for all 'Яeverse'.

JAPANESE SETS

We are now including Japanese sets that have not been released in English yet.

Japanese sets will appear on the Filters screen with the designation (JP) at the end.

These sets will only remain until their English counterparts are released, at which point the Japanese sets will be substituted with the English versions.

If an English version of a Japanese card was introduced in a previous set, the English version will typically be displayed.

ENGLISH VERSIONS OF JAPANESE CARDS

Be aware that official English translations of Japanese cards will not exist until they are released in English.

The translations we present result from community efforts, which are greatly valued.

Translating from Japanese to English may yield various outcomes.

This applies especially to card names.

Once the English version becomes available, we will update to use the official card name.

Support for Android versions prior to 4.1 (Jelly Bean) has been discontinued. If your device runs an older OS, you can continue to use version 4.79, but it will not receive further updates.
