How can I use my eVoucher?

Our eVouchers offer a quick and simple way of paying for flights on ba.com. You can use an eVoucher to pay or part-pay for a new booking.

If you don't use all of it, we'll simply send another eVoucher covering the difference.

How to use an eVoucher

- Find the flights you'd like to book

- Review your booking and enter your eVoucher details

- See your updated total and continue to payment

To give you greater flexibility we have extended the expiry date, so you now have until 30 September 2025 to use your voucher. Any trip booked using your eVoucher must conclude - departure and return - by 30 September 2025.

eVoucher issued by our Customer Relations Team

If your voucher was issued by our Customer Relations team, the expiry date will appear on the email you've received. The vouchers expire one year from the date they were issued.

How do I change or update my Executive Club contact and membership details?

You can update some of your details online, such as your contact details, onboard preferences and Advance Passenger Information. All you have to do is log in to your Executive Club Account and under 'Manage my account', select 'Update my personal information'.

How can I view the status of a case I've submitted?

If your case reference number starts with a 1 or 2, you can use our chatbot to track your case. All you have to do is click 'Start Chat' at the bottom of the Help Centre and type in 'Check my case status'.

If your case starts with an 8, you won’t be able to track your case just yet. We’re working on adding this functionality soon.

You can also update or add extra details to your existing case if you'd like to.

If you haven't heard from us for a while, please bear with us. We can't escalate cases but we'll get back to you as soon as we possibly can. In the meantime, please don't create a new case as it could mean a longer wait before we're able to give you an update.
