Through the website or app using the cancellation button, and you will receive the refund policy via email.

Airlines typically allow cancellations up to 24 hours before departure, with applicable cancellation fees.

The booking status will change from Confirmed to Cancelled. You will receive a confirmation message via email or SMS.

How can I get a refund for the canceled ticket?

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used during the purchase.

If you paid via credit card, debit card, Tabby, or Tamara.

The refund will be processed to Tabby or Tamara within their processing time, and your status will be updated with them for the refund.

Before the refund is issued, any applicable charges will be deducted from the total amount, including airline cancellation fees, service fees, and discount coupons (which are non-refundable).

The refund process will take up to 48 hours, and if not completed within the specified working period, customer compensation will apply.

After that, the amount will reflect in your account within 8 to 15 business days, depending on the issuing bank.
