BPOM Mobile is an app designed to help users access the latest updates from BPOM, verify products by scanning a QR code or Barcode, and file complaints regarding any product.

INFORMATION

1.Ensure that GPS and Camera permissions are enabled (This is essential as GPS data is needed for barcode scanning).

2.Aim the camera at the 2D Barcode/QR Code.

3.The application will automatically detect and read the 2D Barcode/QR Code.

4.Results along with additional relevant options will be displayed: List of scanned products or enter NIE if no data is found.

Notes: If scanning fails, please double-check that the BPOM Mobile Application has the necessary access to use GPS (Location) and Camera. This can be checked in Android Settings -> Apps -> BPOM Mobile -> Permissions (or Permissions).
