    This app has really let me down. I can't get in anymore. It used to work perfectly, but now it claims I'm locked out or doesn't recognize my account. The only option they give is to contact technical support. With so many complaints about this, you'd think they'd have fixed it by now. I'm done with it. People should not be signing up for something so unreliable.

    The app told me my password expired. I don't remember other apps doing that. I tried to change the password, but it won’t send the verification number. The app is completely unusable since I can't sign in. I reached out to tech support, but no response yet. It feels like they might not be working properly because of COVID. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing worked. I can’t do anything without that verification number. Please send it!
