SHARE SHOPPING CART

You can share the shopping cart you have created on Beymen.com or in the Beymen mobile application with our sales consultants to give you specific suggestions or with your loved ones who want to get an idea. In addition, our sales consultants, whom you have previously served, can prepare a shopping cart from the products that match your preferences and send it to you via email or WhatsApp. The products you like from this special selection will be sent to your address after your online order.

REMOTE PAYMENT

You can pay remotely in the store using the Beymen mobile application or you can safely complete your purchase by paying for your chosen products online from your home or from anywhere you want with a QR code with our sales consultants. You can also make your payment by reading your card from our contactless POS devices in our safes.

FREE COMMANDATURA SERVICE

The free commando service, where the products you purchase are made by our tailors to fit your size measurements, is just one of the privileges of being a Beymen customer.

If the size or color of the product you want to buy during your purchase is sold out in your Beymen store, contact the sales consultants in our store. If the product is located in another of our stores, the product will be sent to your desired address by link sale.

STEPS TO BECOME A MEMBER

To become a member of Beymen from our homepage

   - In the upper right corner“MY ACCOUNT”under“SIGN UP”Click on the option.

   - On the “Sign up” page, fill in the full details of Name, Surname, Mobile Phone, E-Mail, Password. Ensure the accuracy of the email address you use when you sign up and prefer an email address that you actively use.

If you would like to be contacted periodically via your e-mail address, I agree to Beymen Mağazacılık A.Ş.'s privacy policy, the use and processing of my personal data and the sending of commercial electronic messages to me in accordance with the conditions specified herein.

   - You can check the box titled “”. I have read and agree to the membership agreement.

   - You can become a member by checking the box and clicking on the “SUBSCRIBE” button.

If you want to place an order without a member

     - Simply add the products you want to buy from the product pages to the basket and click on the “Continue Without Member” button from the screen that appears in the “Confirm Cart” step.

     - You can follow the information about the order you have placed without being a member at the email address you shared during the order.

You can view your membership information, orders and addresses by clicking on My Account in the upper right corner of our homepage.

You can update your personal information and password from the “Save” field in the “Your Personal Information” tab located at the bottom of the “My Membership Information” tab.

You can enter new address information, delete your addresses or edit the addresses you entered from the “My Address Information” tab located in the My Account section.

From the “My Orders” tab located in the My Account section, you can see your orders and get information about their final status.

MEMBER LOGIN STEPS

   - Enter the email address and password you set in the “Login” tab under “My Account” in the upper right corner to create your membership.

   - Press the “Login” button. If you forgot your password, click on the “Forgot password” link.

   - In the email field on the page that opens, enter the email address you used to create your membership and the text that appears in the “Verification Code” field.

   Press the “Send” button. Your password will be notified to you by email.

ORDER SUMMARY

In order for you to check the accuracy of the data you entered before completing your order, the total amount including the products you will receive and the VAT and shipping fee you will pay in exchange for these products will be clearly shown under the heading “Order Summary”. If there is information that you would like to review and change the Order Summary or that you believe to be incorrect;

   - If you want to make changes to my cart page by clicking on the “Back to cart” button

   - If you want to make changes to the delivery information by clicking on the “Edit address” or “Add address” buttons

   - If you want to make changes to your payment information, you can make the required address change by clicking the “Change” button.

   - You may not complete your order by using the close sign (X) or exiting the checkout page prior to completion of the order.
