Season Ticket Member FAQs

How much credit do I have on my account?

View account manager online. Any credit from the previous season will be applied towards the first payment(s) of the upcoming season ticket payment plan.

What happens to my season ticket credit if I terminate?

All credit for season tickets will be forfeited upon termination.

How do I change or upgrade my seats?

All members in good standing on their PSL & season ticket payments will have the ability to participate in the upgrade program that begins in March. Specific details regarding the program will be sent via the weekly Member Exclusive emails.

The card I have on file is no longer active/I would like to use a new card. How can I change it?

You may update the card on file by clicking on your invoice. You will be able to view the current card on file. To add a new card, select the edit option. It is requirement to have a current card on file. Therefore, if you do not want your payment to be automatically processed, please submit a payment prior to each installment date with a card.

How do I update my payment plan?

When will member gear arrive?

Member gear will be sent prior to the first regular season Falcons home game.

What is a PSL?

PSL stands for Personal Seat License. Having a PSL gives you access to purchase Falcons season tickets.

Do I have access to Road Game tickets?

Premium account club holders are the only tier that has access to Road Game tickets. Please contact your dedicated service rep if you would like to learn more about what benefits you receive.

When can I purchase parking for the season?

Full season parking becomes available in July. Specific dates will be sent via the weekly Member Exclusive emails.
