The Animate app not only provides the latest information on merchandise, videos, and books sold at Animate but also allows you to follow your favorite stores to receive exclusive coupons and event/fair details.

Moreover, by linking with Club Animate, the membership service of the Animate card, you can accumulate points from purchases in-store or online and apply for events.

[Membership Card]

When you present it at checkout, you'll earn Animate points based on the purchase amount (excluding tax). Accumulated points can be used later as "1 point = 1 yen".

If you already have an Animate card, registering or logging into Club Animate lets you transfer points earned on the card to the app.

Also, showing your app membership card grants you an additional 1 point. Be sure to display it when making a purchase!

[Reservation Confirmation & Pickup]

You can check the information about products reserved in-store or online.

It's possible to present the barcode of the reserved items at the register for pickup.

If you forget the reservation receipt, don’t worry if you have the app.

[Coupons]

We deliver special coupons periodically to make your shopping more affordable. You can receive various coupons, such as one usable online during your birthday month or exclusive ones from followed stores.

Keep notifications ON so you won’t miss any coupon updates.

[Store Follow Feature]

By following nearby stores or those hosting events, you’ll receive app-exclusive coupons and information about fairs/events from the stores you follow.

You can search for nearby stores using keywords like your current location or nearest station name and address.

[Product Search]

You can search for items available in online shopping through the app. You can check the stock of desired products at specific stores before making a purchase. You can either shop at a store that has stock or order directly through the app and pick up your order at the nearest location.

[Animate Pay]

You can use it for payments not only in-store but also at Animate Online, Animate Bookstore, Pocket Drama CDs, and Animate Games.

"Animate Pay" offers a double points reward system for both charging and payment, allowing you to shop at great value.

Receive recommended information about events and fairs happening at Animate. By following your favorite stores, you can get updates exclusively related to them.

Add products or works you are interested in to your favorites to keep track of newly released items or restock notices for your beloved works.

Additionally, displaying the barcode of a favorited item makes it easy to reserve at the store.

Using the favorites function together will notify you via push notifications about new items or restocking for your favorite works.

You can also find missed push notifications in the notification history.

You can apply for events and sign sessions held at Animate, including lottery registration. You can also check the lottery results through the app.

★To avoid congestion on the day, we plan to hold a pre-lottery before opening on Monday, April 21st.

*Stock is limited.

If there are many people who wish to purchase and the number of items prepared exceeds the number of items prepared,

you may not be able to purchase even if you line up for the pre-lottery.

Customers who wish to enter should gather at the Fukuoka Parco Main Building 1F "Concourse" side entrance between 9:10 and 9:20.

*In order to avoid causing inconvenience to people passing by on the road,

we ask for your understanding and cooperation in not waiting near the Parco entrance earlier than the meeting time.

*There is no need to wait earlier due to the lottery.

*Depending on the crowding situation and outside temperature on the day,

we may be forced to change the start time of the line-up,

taking into consideration the safety and health of those lining up.

A lottery will be held for those who have gathered by 9:20

as soon as the line-up is complete to determine the purchase time slot.

*Depending on how busy it is on the day,

we may change the lottery to one based on the order in which items can be purchased.

After the lottery is over, only customers with first-time entry timeslots will be asked to wait there, and advance entry will begin from around 9:50.

All other customers will be asked to disperse after the lottery.

A waiting line will be formed inside the emergency stairs on the 8th floor of Animate after the store opens,

so please arrive 5 minutes before the entry time stated on your lottery ticket.

*If you lose your numbered ticket, it cannot be reissued.

*Numbered tickets will be collected upon entry, so if you lose or forget your ticket, you will not be able to purchase.

(Photo data, etc. cannot be used to confirm your presence)

*If we are unable to confirm your presence when you enter the store, you will be asked to line up at the end of the line even if you have a numbered ticket.
