Supported Devices:
➤ AirPod 1

➤ AirPod Pro (now offering a choice between AirPod Pro and the first two generations, with corresponding animations and images displayed)
➤ Powerbeats Pro (includes icons and animations)
➤ AirPod 3
This application introduces several features for your AirPods (Pro, Powerbeats Pro) on Android:
➤ 🔋 Battery level indicator: popup window featuring animation similar to the original + shows AirPods battery level in notifications (customizable) + percentage visible in the notification icon!
➤ 👂 Ear detection: pause and resume playback when AirPods are plugged in or unplugged [PRO]
➤ 🛎 Activates Voice Assistant by double-tapping on AirPods (four taps) [PRO]
How to get started:
➤ Upon initial launch, grant the application permissions for location access (necessary for Bluetooth LE discovery) and allow display overlays (for popups)
➤ Choose your preferred options and activate the service. That's it!
!!! IMPORTANT NOTICE !!!
1) The Voice Assistant feature works only when no audio is playing in the background, which is an Android limitation. This behavior is consistent across all applications. Please refrain from leaving negative feedback due to this constraint.
2) If you encounter any problems with the battery level refresh (which may occur infrequently or not at all), consider adding the application to the whitelist in your phone's battery optimization settings.
AirBattery: The Essential Bridge for Android Users Craving iOS-Level AirPods Integration
My experience with AirBattery has been nothing short of transformative – finally delivering the seamless, feature-rich AirPods experience Android users deserve, closing the frustrating gap between platforms with precision and polish. From the moment I launched the app, its ability to replicate Apple’s iconic battery popup with uncanny accuracy felt like a small miracle: seeing my AirPods Pro case snap onto the screen with real-time battery percentages for each earbud and the case itself delivered that familiar "aha!" satisfaction I’d missed since switching to Android. The persistent notification shade icon (customizable with exact percentages!) eliminated obsessive app-checking, while the slick charging animations added delightful flair to routine use.
But where AirBattery truly shines is in its PRO features. Ear detection works like witchcraft – music pauses instantly when removing an earbud and resumes just as smoothly when reinserting it, a convenience I never knew I needed until it became effortless. The double-tap voice assistant activation (though constrained by Android’s background audio limitations) proved reliable for quick commands during podcast breaks or while navigating. Setup was painless: granting location permissions and overlay access took seconds, and the service runs unobtrusively in the background without draining my battery.
Crucially, the app respects platform realities while maximizing potential. I appreciated the upfront transparency about Android’s voice assistant constraints – managing expectations prevented frustration. When my battery readings occasionally stalled, whitelisting the app in battery optimization settings (as clearly instructed) resolved it immediately. The comprehensive device support is exceptional – seamlessly switching visuals between my Powerbeats Pro gym sessions and my daily-driver AirPods Pro 2 felt premium.
For any Android user invested in the Apple ecosystem, AirBattery isn't just useful – it’s essential. It reclaims the polish Apple reserves for its devices, delivering every core AirPods feature imaginable on Android with reliability and style. The PRO upgrade is a modest price for profoundly elevating your audio experience. This app doesn't just display battery levels; it restores parity, dignity, and that gleeful "it just works" feeling we crave. Indispensable.
