Why are your flights booked above capacity?

    They let me down completely. It was my first time using them. Just 14 days before my flight, they canceled it due to operational reasons. I couldn't find another flight that worked for me. I asked if I could switch to a different country, but no luck there either. In the end, I had to request a refund. I tried logging into my booking through the app, but it was a struggle. I ended up having to call customer service.

    You buy a premium ticket. At check-in, they give you a middle seat. Don’t let the service be that bad.

    The app is useless. No seat selection means no check-in. Stuck in a long line for an hour at the airport counter. Everyone struggles with the same problem. It feels like they just want more money. No drinking water on the flight either. I’ve never experienced anything like this.

    Total letdown! This experience has been awful. It doesn't save the PNR, even when you are logged in. Having saved passengers means nothing. When checking in, you still can't get it back. The check-in process is a nightmare. Spent hours trying to check in for passengers, and nothing worked. Imagine entering all those details like dates of birth and passport info repeatedly, only to have it fail every time. I reached out to customer service, but they just connected me with robotic responses. So frustrating!
