NX Bus mTicket - Bus ticketing made easy

Begin your journey immediately with reduced prices through the National Express Bus mTicket app. Purchase your bus tickets in a manner that suits you, no matter your location, with options including single rides, all-day passes, group tickets, and options for one-week and four-week travel. Your smartphone will serve as your ticket to present to the driver. It is a safe, quick, and user-friendly experience. Ticket types are available for both adults and students.

This service is offered for National Express West Midlands and National Express Coventry.

What are the single ticket and day ticket options available to me?

We have a wide range of Single and Day tickets available:

Single: Valid on one bus for one journey only within the nBus zone.

NX Outer Zones Single: Valid on one bus for one journey within the NX Outer Zones, excluding Rugby.

NX Outer Zones - Rugby Single: Valid on one bus for one journey within the NX Outer Zones, including Rugby.

nBus Day ticket: Unlimited adult travel on all National Express buses and any other bus operator that is part of the nBus scheme, within the nBus zone for one day.

NX Outer Zones Day: Unlimited travel on all National Express services within the NX Outer Zones, excluding Rugby for one day. Also includes travel on National Express services within the nBus zone.  

NX Outer Zones - Rugby Day: Unlimited travel on all National Express services within the NX Outer Zones, including Rugby for one day. Also includes travel on National Express services within the nBus zone.  

nBus & Metro Day: Unlimited travel on all National Express buses and any other bus operator that is part of the nBus scheme, within the nBus zone and the West Midlands Metro tram zones 1-4 for one day.

NX Outer Zones + Metro: Unlimited travel on all National Express services within the NX Outer Zones, excluding Rugby, and the West Midlands Metro tram zones 1-4 for one day. Also includes travel on National Express services within the nBus zone. 

nNetwork: Unlimited travel on all National Express buses and any other bus operator that is part of the nBus scheme, within the nBus zone, the West Midlands Metro tram zones 1-4, and train travel within zones 1-5 for one day.
