- After signing up for the I'm Parents app,

- please register your child.

- Sign up for the student app and register your student code

- After signing up for the I'm Student app,

- please enter your student code.

Permissions and usage information for the iM Student app

- Necessary permissions: None

- Optional permissions

- Storage: Used to save news cards, post attachments, and images.

- Notifications: Utilized for various alerts such as announcements and school news.

※ Even if you choose not to grant optional permissions, you can still access services unrelated to that function, and your consent preferences can be altered anytime in the phone's settings menu.

FAQs

1.I can't log in because it says the student code is already registered.

--In the I am Student app 

The student code used is a unique number assigned to each student ,you can only use it once when you sign up for an account.

--If you are a new member,you can register after initializing your existing student code.

However, when signing up for a new membership,it is not possible to confirm the school news you previously received. 

--If you have previously received,if there is any school news that you must check out,you must request a resend from your homeroom teacher.

2.This is my first time using I'm Student!

--To use the iM Student app, you need a unique student code. 

--You can obtain your student code from your homeroom teacher, or through phone verification in the iM Student app.

※ However, if your contact information is not registered at the school, you cannot retrieve your student code. ⏺️ Retrieving your student code through phone verification iM Student app → [Start with ID] → Log in with ID / password → Home screen [Register student code] → [ Retrieve student code through phone verification] → Phone number verification → Register student code  ⏺️ Enter your student code directly iM Student app → [Start with ID] → Log in with ID / password → Home screen [Register student code] → Enter your student code → [Register]

3.I can't remember my ID or password!

Please use  the I am Student app to find your ID and password.

4.Can I use it on other phones?

-- The I am Student app works even if the device is changed.

You can log in with your existing account.

-- Example) Sign up for membership on your mother's phone,

After reinstalling the app on your child's device, you can log in.

-- If you are unable to log in,

I am a student app bottom settings > customer center >

-- In the shape of a purple headset (Contact Us)

Please write the school name, grade, class, name, contact information, and student code.

If you contact us, we will provide guidance after verifying your identity.
