This is the smartphone application for the 1SpotMedia Content Service, enabling access to both Live and On-Demand content provided by RJR Communications Group. This service offers you the opportunity to experience unique Caribbean content from anywhere around the globe.

To fully benefit from the app, you will need to choose one of our subscription plans:

Monthly subscription priced at $9.99.

Three-month subscription available for $24.99.

Six-month subscription offered at $47.99.

Annual subscription, which costs $91.99.

Your payment will be charged to your Play Store Account upon confirmation of purchase.

It’s important to know that all subscriptions will automatically renew unless the auto-renew option is disabled at least 24 hours prior to the current period’s conclusion.

Your account will incur a charge for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, based on the last chosen subscription.

If a free trial is offered and the user opts for a paid subscription during that time, any remaining portion of the trial will be forfeited.

What is 1spotmedia?+

- 1spotmedia is the RJRGLEANER Communications Group’s Internet media service, offering the full range of television and radio brands, including TVJ, RETV, JNN, TVJSN, CVTV, RJR94FM, FAME 95 FM, and HITZ 92 FM, POWER 106, MUSIC 99 in one spot online. 1spotmedia is everywhere TV and radio, with live stream, video on demand (VOD), transactional videos on demand (TVOD) and Pay Per View content on PCs, tablets and smartphones.

When do new episodes become available on demand?+

- Episodes typically become available on demand the day after airing on TV. Broadcasts of live episodes can take several hours longer to become available for streaming - often until the afternoon of the next day.

What episodes are available on Live TV?+

-This is based on the streaming rights held by each channel (TVJ, JNN, RETV, CVTV and TVJSN).

Can I download an episode from 1spotmedia.com?+

- No, 1spotmedia is a streaming service. Live Stream and the VOD content is owned by or licensed to us and your rights to such content shall be limited to the viewing of files for non-commercial private use in accordance with your purchase.

Can I use 1spotmedia.com when traveling to other countries?+

- Travelers from Jamaica who have access to live streams will need to subscribe for the live streams when they travel to other countries. N.B. 1spotmedia live stream is free to viewers in Jamaica however, once you are outside of Jamaica a subscription required.

Why am I seeing different content than my friends, relative inside of Jamaica?+

- There are some programs that we do not have broadcast rights outside of Jamaica and when that occurs we provide alternative content to subscribers who are not located in Jamaica.
