Overview

Chung Yo Department Store Member (中友百貨會員) is a mobile app for shoppers in Taichung, Taiwan, that consolidates the Chungyo Family Card membership into a digital tool. Members can check their accrued points, view purchase history, unlock coupons, and use a virtual card instead of carrying plastic. It includes perks such as lucky-draw games, birthday-month offers, store event sign-ups, parking navigation, and online/offline shopping benefits. Recent updates allow points and vouchers earned in-store and on the online shopping platform to merge for greater flexibility.

Gold Member

If you have accumulated a total of NT$100,000 in spending in the past year, you will be upgraded every other month and enjoy a one-year membership. If you accumulate a total of NT$100,000 during the Gold Membership period, you can renew your Gold Membership for another year.

1. Upgrade Gift: 100 Family Points. (One gift per ID)

2. Birthday Gift: 100 Family Points for any amount of spending in your birthday month, and enjoy exclusive Gold Membership benefits.

3. Exclusive Member Gift: Free redemption of Gold Membership Gifts from time to time.

4. Full Amount Gift: 200 Family Points for a total of NT$30,000 in spending in the month (one redemption per ID per month).

5. Exclusive Member Gifts:

Silver Member

Fill in the basic member information and complete the registration to join the Silver Membership for free, with expiration date restrictions.

1. Registration Gift: Fill in the basic member information and complete the registration to receive 30 family points. (One gift per ID)

2. Birthday Gift: Receive 50 family points for any amount spent in the birthday month and enjoy various exclusive discounts for Silver Members.

3. Exclusive Member Gift: Enjoy free redemption of Silver Membership Gifts from time to time.

4. Exclusive Member Gifts:

--How do I become a Zhongyou Shopping Network member?

--I'm already a Zhongyou app member. Do I need to register as an online shopping member?

Zhongyou app members do not need to register again on the shopping network; please log in directly with your Zhongyou app account (mobile number) and password.

--What are the differences between general visitors and Zhongyou members?
