What should I do if I need to change the telephone number on my season ticket?

Often the reason for the lack of a ticket (usually a season ticket) in the application is an incorrect phone number provided during purchase. If you do not see your ticket, contact us by email at kontakt@zbiletem.pl providing your correct phone number and email address provided during ticket purchase. We will correct the number for you and let you know.

How do I remove a payment card from the mobile app?

You can remove an added payment card when buying a single ticket. Just go to the payment method selection view and remove the card there. Remember that we do not have your card details, they are processed securely by the payment operator we cooperate with.

Do I need to activate a single ticket after purchasing it?

In most cities, the purchase of a ticket itself activates it and you don't have to do anything else. However, there are cities where a purchased ticket must be activated, e.g. in Warsaw, where single and time-limited tickets must be activated by scanning the QR code, which can be found on special stickers in vehicles or at the metro gates.
