I can't add a card to the card list successfully. It keeps saying I have an uninsured card, but I want to insure it. However, when I try, it shows a loading error. What can I do in this situation?

I tried to register, but the system wouldn't let me set up my password even though I followed the rule of using 12 letters or numbers. It's a bad system.

I've never seen anything so terrible. I'd rather buy a bicycle myself than ride this piece of junk. This system is just awful, like the Taiwan government, completely hopeless. Such a mess.

Unable to apply for an account because I don't understand the App design, and it has many bugs. The App only supports phone language and cannot be changed. Have you considered that many users' mother tongue is Chinese, but their phone language is a foreign language? When using a local App, they would prefer to use their native language. As a result, the English translation is not accurate, causing user misunderstandings. There is a bug with the account registration - after entering a phone number, it shows a "Search Error." Several friends confirmed that the Taiwanese numbers were entered correctly. This ultimately led to being unable to register for an account. Moreover, during password registration, the error message states that it should be only 8-20 characters long, including letters and numbers, even though I clearly met the criteria. Interestingly, when the password and confirmation password don't match, there is no error message shown.

The app doesn't keep track of your rental history or show if you returned the bike correctly, which is a hassle when there's an error message on the bike dashboard. It definitely needs some improvements! I gave it two stars mainly because it has an English version.

So, in the past, Youbike 1.0 and Kaohsiung City Bike had their own ways to handle full stations when returning bikes. But now, with Youbike 2.0, if you try to return a bike at a station that's completely full, you gotta wait and wait until a staff member shows up. It feels like such a waste of time, and they don't even give you any compensation for the extra fee.

The user had a really bad experience with the app. They felt like the company just made it to spend the budget. The name is 2.0, but it's even worse than the previous version. It has a location button, but you can't find nearby stations. They were at Nanjing Fuxing Station, but when they searched for it, there were no results. They think this app should be taken down quickly because it's embarrassing.

That app is a total disappointment. I have an Android 8.1 device, but it doesn't show the bike locations and I can't switch the language to Mandarin. It was such a hassle trying to find a station, I ended up resorting to Google Maps. When I attempted to install version 1.0, it wouldn't even launch on my phone. Please get it together and make the necessary improvements!
