Q1: I wrote a product review incorrectly and want to delete it. What should I do?

Currently, there is no feature on the site that allows customers to directly delete or edit product reviews they have written. If you wish to delete or modify something, please contact the person in charge of the product by phone or submit a request through the bulletin board. We will process it and notify you.

Q2: When I try to log in easily, a pop-up message appears saying [You are already registered as an integrated member.] and I cannot log in. What should I do?

This phenomenon is being exposed because an integrated member has already registered with the Travel Doctor ID. Please log in by clicking the [Travel Doctor Login] button instead of using the simple login. If you have forgotten your ID, please find it through ID/password search and then proceed. Click the [Travel Doctor Login] button > Click on the Find ID and Find Password text to proceed.

Q3: How many SNS simple login IDs can I link to my Travel Doctor ID?

You can easily log in to your Travel Doctor ID via SNS by linking multiple IDs (one for each SNS).

Site: After logging in, you can do so by going to My Page in the upper right corner > [Edit Information/Withdrawal] on the left > Edit Information tab.

Mobile web: After logging in, you can do so by going to My Page in the upper right corner > [Edit/Withdraw Information] tab.

App: You can do this by clicking the menu button on the top left > arrow next to the text [Hello, ***] > My Page > Edit Information.

Q4: I entered my name incorrectly when signing up. How can I change it?

- Required documents: Select one of the following: name change confirmation certificate, resident registration copy/original copy, ID card, or passport copy. (Please be careful not to reveal the last 7 digits of your resident registration number when sending.)

- Information: Briefly note the subscriber's ID, name before and after change.

- How to apply: Please take a photo of the copy with your mobile phone and send it to nhndr_cs@drtour.com.

- Time required: We will process your request within 2-3 days from the date of receipt.
