1.How do I report a death?

You can easily report a death by calling our customer service or using this form.

We will block the Xtra card or app of the person in question.

We will remove their contact details from our database.

Because the addresses to which the leaflets are sent are selected a few weeks in advance, it is possible that one or two leaflets will still be sent to the address of the deceased. We apologize for this inconvenience.

2， Can I create an Xtra account without an email address?

An Xtra account is the result of a unique combination of an email address and a password. You cannot create an account without an email address.

You can request a physical card via form if you do not have an email address.

3.I am moving. What do I need to do to continue receiving my leaflets?

Change your address details via your profile to continue receiving your leaflets.

Because the address selection for sending flyers is done a few weeks in advance, it is possible that after changing your details, a flyer will be sent to your old address once or twice.

4.How do I stay automatically logged in to the Xtra website?
