XCAD Network is at the forefront of the Watch2Earn movement, allowing fans to accumulate Creator tokens by watching their beloved Creators directly through our application.

The XCAD app provides an opportunity for viewers to earn Creator tokens while enjoying content from their favorite Creators. Users can collect, observe, and trade these tokens seamlessly within the app. It operates in the background as you stream videos using the in-app browser.

Users who have installed the XCAD app will receive Creator tokens once they view 80% or more of a video. These tokens enable fans to participate in polls created by their preferred Creators; the more tokens a user possesses, the greater influence their vote holds. This ensures that the most dedicated fans have a significant impact on a Creator’s content. Additionally, users can stake their Creator tokens with XCAD to enhance the rewards they receive from video viewing.

XCAD Network was originally built to provide tools for content creators to launch their own tokens, allowing fans to earn rewards by watching their favorite videos.

While the mission has always been ambitious, we’ve faced several real-world challenges:

We’ve made strong progress in these areas — but what we’re building has never been done before.

Many Web3 projects are just iterations of existing ideas targeting the same crypto-native audiences. XCAD has always aimed to bridge the gap between Web2 and Web3, by introducing a completely new product to a completely new market: YouTubers and their fans.

The XCAD team provides the tools — creators choose when and how to use them. We’re actively in talks with influencers of all sizes, but building real-world partnerships takes time. Managing investor expectations is always a challenge.

Today, we’re excited to announce a strategic shift in our roadmap:

XCAD Network’s new primary focus will be enabling users to create their own AI influencers via XCAD Social.

📈 Why AI Influencers?

The global Creator Economy is estimated to be worth over $250b, and expected to double by 2027 — and AI creators are rapidly becoming a key part of this growth.

With XCAD Social, users will be able to create their own AI influencers across genres and platforms, from Web3-native personalities to traditional YouTubers.

What’s more, we will leverage our extensive video content library as a foundational dataset to optimise AI-generated content production. This includes transcribing, translating, and training models on high-performing YouTube videos available to us through our W2E platform, enabling us to identify patterns that drive engagement and vitality. We will also be analysing metadata, such as descriptions and thumbnails, to extract insights that inform creative direction and improve discoverability.

Furthermore, by tokenising existing social accounts (Which XCAD Social now does), we’ll now be able to train models on a creator’s existing content and offer tailored AI-driven video and content generation.

Launch a token for an existing creator (our original XCAD model — still fully supported)

The system will use the same core mechanism: users must fill the bonding curve to list their influencer on the DEX.

📚Initial Knowledge Training

Feed the AI influencer foundational knowledge — for example, insights about crypto projects, fashion, or gaming.

Train your influencer further using its native Creator Token. Token holders can contribute via:

Choose optional deflationary settings as your influencer grows and earns revenue. You can also opt to share fees and monetization revenue (e.g., YouTube ads).

🤝 Still Working With Web2 Influencers

Yes — we are still onboarding traditional creators in the background. But by focusing primarily on AI influencers, we:
