W Shopping (W쇼핑) is a subsidiary of Mediawill, a comprehensive media group collaborating with nine media companies and sixteen affiliates in areas such as printing, distribution, and dining.

In an effort to invite customers into a new and astonishing shopping experience that has never been seen before, we have launched a retail-focused data broadcasting service known as T-Commerce after extensive consideration and hard work.

You can view the products currently being broadcast on our mobile app and make purchases directly.

W Shopping App FAQ

1. What payment methods are supported?

The W Shopping app supports the following payment methods:

Credit Card: Only domestic-issued credit cards are accepted (overseas cards not supported).

Payco: A convenient payment system with tailored coupons.

Real-Time Bank Transfer: Direct withdrawal from your bank account.

Virtual Account Deposit: Payment via a unique virtual account issued by W Shopping (one per user).

Smile Pay: A simple payment system with various benefits.

Quick Payment: Available for users with registered card app services, enabling one-click orders after initial setup.

2. What benefits do I get from signing up as a member?

Registering as a member provides:

Discount coupons (new members may receive a welcome coupon).

Reward points (적립금) that can be used like cash within the W Shopping platform (not convertible to cash).

Access to exclusive events.

App orders often include a 10% discount and 10% reward points.

Note: Non-members do not receive these benefits.

3. How can I check my order or track delivery?

- Order/Delivery Tracking:

Log in to the app, go to “My Shopping” (마이페이지) > “Order/Delivery Inquiry,” select the product, and check the delivery status.

Alternatively, track via ARS (Automated Response System).

- Delivery Delays:

Most products ship within 3–5 business days after seller confirmation.

Delays may occur due to shipping method, region, or courier.

If a product hasn’t arrived, check the delivery status or contact the customer center.

4. How do I enable push notifications for broadcast alerts?

To receive push notifications (e.g., broadcast reminders 30 minutes before airing):

Go to your phone’s “Settings” > “W Shopping” and enable notifications.

In the app, agree to receive push notifications.

Note:

Notifications may not work if your phone’s notification settings for the app are disabled.

You can register for up to 30 broadcast alerts, but schedules may change or be canceled.

5. How do I handle after-sales service (A/S) for products?

For service or repairs, contact the W Shopping customer center:

The app is designed for users in South Korea, and some features (e.g., payment methods) are limited to domestic services.

Posts violating W Shopping’s policies (e.g., defamatory content, copyright infringement, or off-topic posts) may be deleted or modified to maintain a positive community.

8. How can I stay updated on promotions or broadcasts?

TV Schedule: Check the TV broadcast schedule on the W Shopping website or app.

Promotions:

Look for banners or notifications in the app about coupons, discounts (e.g., 10% off), or events.

Enable push notifications for real-time updates.
