What should I do if I get the error message "Invalid email" when I create an account?

Please insure you typed your email address correctly.

What should I do if I get the error message "Error Creating Account" under my email address when I create an account?

That error means the email has already been used to create an account and can not be used again.

What can I do if I did not receive a verification email?

Check your email's spam or junk folder.

Resend the verification email.

Try creating a new account using the same email address.

Why do I keep getting the error my Password is incorrect?

Use the Forgot my Password link to reset your password.

What should I do if I forgot my password, and lost access to the email address I used to create the account?

Unfortunately, that account is not recoverable. If you have access to a different email address, you can create a new account.

Why won't my comment post?

Why can't I comment on stories while am logged into my account?

If your accounts was created before the introduction of commenting you will need to enter a Screen Name to post comments.

If you don't have a Screen name, sign-out, then sign-in again. Follow the prompt to create a Screen Name for your account.
