The app often fails, especially when it's needed the most. It's frustrating. I rated it three stars but I'm considering dropping it to one. Honestly, even one star feels generous. It feels worthless. Customer care rarely responds in a timely manner. Disappointing experience all around.

I’ve been using this app for a year. It's really amazing. But in the last two days, it stopped working. I sent over eight emails, and no one has helped me. The tracking is still down. My subscription ends in November 2022. This issue needs to be sorted out. I would have given five stars, but because of this problem and lack of response, I can only give two stars. No action taken yet. Very poor service.

I’m really frustrated with this app. I paid on December 21 and contacted the developers immediately. My money is just sitting there, and I can't use the service. I need a resolution fast. On January 11, it seemed like the app finally started working again, but I lost a whole month of usage. I want my subscription renewed or a refund. Then on January 12, the app stopped working again after only a few hours. This is beyond ridiculous. I want my money back, please.

For around six to seven months, the situation was frustrating. Gradually, most of the apps began working again and could track successfully. I reached out to the developers multiple times via email. They responded only once, acknowledging my issues and claiming they were working hard on a solution. Meanwhile, my subscriptions from December 2021, January 2022, and February 2022 went to waste because the app wasn’t functioning. I asked for compensation for those losses, but I didn't receive any further communication.

The online and offline tracking is spot on, capturing every detail. This app stands out as essential. I had a few hiccups with my subscription at first. The support team responded quickly and fixed everything right away.

This app is absolutely brilliant! I’m on a free trial and can’t wait to subscribe after the week ends. It’s so easy to use. A couple of glitches popped up, but they didn’t last long. Just have one question. When checking someone's activity, do I show up as online in WhatsApp? Update: Everything was great until a few days ago when I subscribed. Now it keeps saying there’s a connection problem, but my phone works fine for everything else. Please fix this issue. I can’t even get in to contact customer service!
