FAQ

Can I book more than one service at a time?

No, you won't be able to book more than 1 service for the same date and time. However, you can book a recurring Walk or Drop-In service that repeats on certain days of the week. (Please note that you can’t book recurring Sitting, Boarding, or Training services.)

To book a recurring Walk or Drop-In: 

- From the home screen of the Wag! app, tap "Wag! Walk" or "Drop-In".

- Choose the duration of your service, then tap "Schedule".

- Tap "Repeat weekly".

- Select which days of the week you'd like to book your recurring service.

- Update your Caregiver match preferences, home access notes, and number of pets before proceeding with your booking.

I accidentally double-booked — how did this happen?

While our app isn’t set up to accommodate 2 bookings for the same date and time, double bookings occasionally happen.

Potential causes of double bookings include:

- Accidentally tapping the “Book now” button more than once

- Internet connectivity issues

- Booking a new service for the same time and date as a recurring service

To prevent double bookings:

Ensure you’re logged in to your Wag! account on 1 device only. This also includes the web version of the Wag! app.

Check that you haven’t already booked any services for your preferred time and date. To see all your booked services, tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the Wag! app, then tap “Schedule”.

How long will recurring services repeat?

Recurring services (also called "Schedules") will repeat until they are cancelled.
