The application is compatible solely with devices operating on Android 9 or newer.

Please note: Given the variety of devices that run on Android, we cannot guarantee complete compatibility with every device available in the market. We regularly assess device popularity and strive to deliver the best services possible.

Can I use VOYO from abroad? (portability activation)

We are happy to announce that you can access all VOYO content within the European Union, as long as the subscription was purchased by a Romanian citizen with a card issued in Romania.

If you used another payment method, you can change the method by accessing the “My Profile” section and add a card issued in Romania (you will not need to pay for the subscription again, just authorize the Romanian card).

If you do not have a card issued in Romania, but you are a resident of Romania, send an email to suport@voyo.ro with a copy of your identity document (ID) and the email address on which the VOYO account was created.

Important:

Outside the European Union or without portability activation, access to VOYO will be limited only to certain content produced and licensed by PRO TV.

What titles are available on VOYO

On VOYO you will find hundreds of movies and series, including episodes and editions of your favorite PRO TV productions, that have not yet been broadcast on TV.

What devices does VOYO work on?

VOYO is available on PCs, iOS and Android phones/tablets, and Smart TVs. More information can be found HERE.

How do I cancel my subscription

The user can cancel the subscription after logging into the user profile on the voyo.ro website. From the main page, click on the user icon and select My Subscriptions.

This will show you the data of the currently active subscription type.

If you have a recurring payment subscription, you just need to click on ""Cancel subscription"" to stop paying for the subscription.

After canceling the subscription, you can continue to watch VOYO content until the expiration of the time period for which the subscription was paid.

After that, the account will become inactive, but the registration data will remain valid - so you can reactivate the subscription at any time.
