Why is MX player not working?

Several factors could contribute to this issue. If it occurs across all videos, it's likely that certain harmful apps are interfering with MX Player's ability to gain audio control. MX Player is programmed to halt other media players upon its initiation and to pause if another app starts playing audio. However, if a harmful app persists and doesn't stop, this problem may arise.

Typical indicators include MX Player displaying a blank screen or only the initial frame during playback. Although the video content becomes visible when fast-forwarding or rewinding, it does not play.

To address this, you might need to forcefully stop or uninstall the problematic app. As an alternative, you can configure MX Player to continue playback even when it struggles to obtain audio focus. This is done by turning off the "Play Alone" feature in the Settings under the Player section.

    I was so thrilled when I updated my app and saw the new features they added! I was especially excited about the feature that lets me send apps, music, videos, and more. I've always wished for something like this because it just makes life simpler, right? Big thank you to the app developers for adding all these cool new features! I can't wait to try them out. I have a feeling it's going to be way better than Xender because let's face it, Xender is super slow. I've been asking them to speed up their file transfers forever, but nothing changed... Well, now I've got this awesome updated app to use instead!

    Sure thing! Adding a frame-by-frame view mode to videos would be super helpful. And bringing back the AMOLED black theme wouldn't hurt either. It can make the viewing experience more comfortable, especially in low-light settings.

    Oh, it seems like when you first started using the app, everything was awesome. The app and all its features still work really well, but recently, the number of ads has just become too much. Whenever I try to watch a video, there's a one-minute ad, and even when I pause, another ad pops up. I won't tell you to change it, but if it keeps getting worse, people might stop using the app. It feels like the app is starting to go downhill little by little.

    So, I tried 20 different video apps, and this is the one I like the most. It has all the features I need. But I really don't like ads, and there wasn't an option to purchase the app to remove them. Therefore, I thought I had to keep looking for another app that offered this feature. But then, an update came out saying there is a pro version available without ads. Problem solved!

    I've been using this player for years and, hands down, it's the best one I've ever used. Recently, my default music app got messed up by some updates, so I gave MX Player's music player a try. And wow, it really hits all the right notes! Normally, I prefer separate apps for music and video, but this player impresses me with all its cool features. The only thing missing is the 'Loop' and 'Shuffle' buttons in the notification panel when playing music. If those are added, it'll be absolutely perfect.

    These days, the video player app MX Player isn't doing well. It used to be great in the past, but now it's considered one of the worst among other video player apps. The main reason for this is the excessive amount of ads. Whenever you try to play your own videos, ads pop up after every single video. This can be really annoying. My advice would be to avoid installing MX Player and simply use the default video player that comes with your mobile device.

    I got a gold subscription just to stop those annoying ads. It was fine in the beginning, but now they're back and there's no way to skip them. I don't see the point of paying for a subscription if the ads keep popping up, especially two 30-second ones in a row. It's really getting on my nerves...
