Visa Airport Companion - Lounge access & perks

This app is not helpful at all. It's even more secure than my bank app! It keeps pushing me out and won't let me log back in. It makes me type in my password frequently which makes it slow to get in quickly. Then, when I enter my password, it won't let me in or makes me change it after 3 tries. The two-step verification doesn't send a code either by text or email, so I'm effectively locked out of my account. And all this trouble just for 6 lounge passes per year.

Oh, it's truly terrible, just like everyone tells you. The mistakes are so confusing, they don't acknowledge the right information. Visa, you really ought to feel ashamed and cut ties with whoever is in charge of running this app right away.

It was easy to set up, but I was surprised that despite having lounge options at my airport, that was the only advantage for me. When I travel to the US, none of the major cities I fly into had a lounge available. I will need to find a different credit card that works with Priority Pass. This is very disappointing.

The app wanted me to enter a code it sent to my phone, but the code never arrived in the one minute time limit. I have all these codes that are useless because they expired before I received them each time. When I tried to send the code to my email, it said I made too many attempts and have to wait 30 minutes before trying again. This app is not giving me a good first impression.

I just installed it yesterday, but it's not going well. When I try to type in my login details, it doesn't accept them. Plus, it's not playing nice with my password manager – won't let me paste in my info. And whenever I click on an entry field, the screen starts jittering all over the place. All in all, seems like this app is still in its early stages.

Autofill is not supported by the login feature, which is quite risky for security. Besides that, you get logged out after a certain amount of time, which is pretty inconvenient.

Making an account seems impossible on Dragon Pass; it's totally useless.

So, today is August 3rd, and I've gone ahead and updated the app. But guess what? It's still a mess. The same error keeps popping up. Why did Visa even team up with this app for the priority pass program? It's just awful. I tried to make an account, but I keep getting the same message about my Visa card number being wrong or expired. I can't even find a phone number to call for help - all I have is an email address, and I haven't heard back from them yet. I contacted my Visa card company, and they told me that everything is fine on their end. It's really frustrating.

It was difficult to link with Dragon Pass. I couldn't include visits and ended up paying the full price for plaza lounges, despite having complimentary visits with my Visa card. This app is not useful. It would be better to stick with the official Dragon Pass app.

I don't like apps that don't let me paste my password or sync with my password management tools. Many people might feel the same way. It can be a big problem for users.
