Joining Membership & Binding Your Card in Three Steps

Step 1: Enter your mobile number and SMS verification code.

Step 2: Link your EasyCard number.

Step 3: Finalize your membership registration to access our services.

Upon registration, each member receives a unique referral code. Share this code with friends, and when they sign up using it, you can easily collect points!

Q1 Unable to redeem points, how to unbind the device?

If you need to unbind the device, the customer service center can verify the member's identity and unbind it for you!

Q2 Why is the device binding locked?

Possible reasons are:

Device Binding Settings Steps:

UUPON APP > Members Area > Gear icon in the upper right corner > Device Authentication Binding/Transaction Password > Binding and Login Settings > Settings Management > Enter Login Password > Enter the SMS verification code > Device bound immediately

Q3 What should I do if I can't receive the verification code?

1. Please confirm whether you use the call blocking APP (e.g. whoscall) to set it to advertising number blocking, or set it to blacklist in the mobile phone.

2. If you can't receive the SMS verification code, you can ask the telecom operator whether to block corporate SMS and provide the SMS hotline for sending your verification code: 0911-511-205

Q4 What is the device binding and transaction password?

UUPON has improved the system mechanism to ensure the security of member points.

For example: After the member has bound device A, use the unbound device B to redeem.

The system will need to enter this set of transaction passwords on device B before redemption can be carried out to prevent non-members from using points.

Kindly remind you that unbinding and rebinding the device will not affect the accumulated points of EasyCard consumption.

Transaction Password Setup Steps:

UUPON APP > Members Area > Gear icon in the upper right corner > Device Authentication Binding/Transaction Password > Enter login password > Set transaction password
