Reservations Online e-ticket

How many days before can I reserve e-ticket?

You can reserve your e-ticket before one month from expected journey date . Online booking facility will be closed before 1 hour on schedule departure time of bus.

I've lost my e-ticket what do I do now?

A copy of the ticket would have been sent to you by e-mail, that you have provided at the time of booking. You can either show the email or take a printout of the -ticket in the email. If email is not received, message received during printing can also be used. If both the above option didn't work, please go to UPSRTC web portal and use 'Reprint' option.

I don't want to register with UPSRTC, can I do reservations?

Yes, you can book tickets as guest user. Registration is not mandatory, for reservations. For Guest user a valid mobile number is required.

How can I register for reservations/booking e-ticket?

For registration use valid email and valid mobile numbers.

How many passengers can travel with single e-ticket?

Maximum of five passengers seats can be booked with a single e-ticket.

During journey, with "e-Ticket", passenger has to show the Original photo identity card?

Yes, the on-duty Conductor will verify the original photo Identity Card of the passenger. If the passenger fails to produce the specified Identity Proof in original during the journey, the ticket will be treated as INVALID and the passenger will be treated as "Travelling without Ticket". Photocopies of Identity proof are not allowed.

From where i can get e-Ticket?

After successful online transaction, e-Ticket will be sent to passenger's e-mail address, provided during ticket booking. The passenger can also get the e-ticket from his/her profile.

Child Ticket Online Reservations

Children less than the age of 6 years are allowed to travel free without booking any seat. Children of age above 5 years and less than 13 years, half of the ticket fare will be charged in all type of buses except AC Sleeper and VOLVO Buses.

    This app is the worst. Every time I open it, it goes straight to the home page, even when I’m in the middle of a booking. Finding where to enter the OTP is frustrating. The experience of booking tickets is terrible. They should just stop this app and create a website for booking tickets instead.
