※ The service remains available even if you choose not to grant permission for optional access rights.
I want to cancel the eSIM line and delete it from my phone. How do I do that?
Depending on the phone device, the deletion menu and path are different.

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Select Cellular.
3. Select the eSIM profile to delete from the SIMs section.
4. When the "Cellular plan is no longer available" confirmation window appears, select "Update contacts."
[Delete eSIM information on Galaxy phone]
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Go to Connection > SIM Manager.
3. Select the eSIM profile to delete.
4. Select "Delete" at the bottom of the eSIM information guide screen.
5. When the "Delete?" confirmation window appears, select "Delete."
I changed to a new phone while using a SIM/eSIM plan. Can I still use it?
1. If you changed to a new phone while using a SIM plan
- You can use it by taking out the SIM from the phone you were using before and inserting the SIM into the new phone.
2. If you changed to another phone (used phone/phone in someone else's name/phone with dual SIM support) while using a SIM plan
- Your phone may be suspended due to a mismatch in name. In this case, access the URL in the received suspension notification SMS/MMS, verify your identity, and agree to provide KAIT information to lift the suspension and use it.
- SIM recognition problems may also occur even if your phone is not a dual SIM phone. Please reboot your phone 3-4 times after inserting the SIM. If it still does not work after rebooting, please register your device information in the 'Register Phone Information' menu after verifying your identity on the U+U Mobile homepage/app. ■ Registering mobile phone information: (Login) My information > Subscription information/Change > Register mobile phone information > Self-verification > Register mobile phone information (*Enter 14-digit IMEI/model name/EID, etc.)
3. If you are using an eSIM (eSIM) plan and have changed to a new mobile phone
- Send the 'ID card (your ID)/mobile phone information (IMEI, EID, IMEI2) capture' to the customer center, and you can use it after changing the mobile phone information. (*Changes cannot be processed through 1:1 inquiry)
However, when changing an eSIM device, a new profile is downloaded, so an issuance fee of KRW 2,750 is incurred and will be billed the following month.
*Changes to an eSIM device can only be made in Korea, and cannot be made when residing/staying overseas.
