The functionalities of the Customer Center App will now be incorporated within the U-Mobile App.

All features of the Customer Center App remain, allowing you to conduct product searches and subscriptions/openings seamlessly.

- Engage with various subscription services and earn U points as rewards.

● Necessary access permissions

- Phone: Needed to verify your mobile number.

- Storage: Essential for widget setups and checking biometric details.

● Optional access permissions

- Camera: Used for taking images of ID cards, credit cards, and SIM cards.

- Location: Helps find nearby stores.

※ The service remains available even if you choose not to grant permission for optional access rights.

I want to cancel the eSIM line and delete it from my phone. How do I do that?

Depending on the phone device, the deletion menu and path are different.

[Delete eSIM information on iPhone]

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Select Cellular.

3. Select the eSIM profile to delete from the SIMs section.

4. When the "Cellular plan is no longer available" confirmation window appears, select "Update contacts."

[Delete eSIM information on Galaxy phone]

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Go to Connection > SIM Manager.

3. Select the eSIM profile to delete.

4. Select "Delete" at the bottom of the eSIM information guide screen.

5. When the "Delete?" confirmation window appears, select "Delete."

I changed to a new phone while using a SIM/eSIM plan. Can I still use it?

1. If you changed to a new phone while using a SIM plan

- You can use it by taking out the SIM from the phone you were using before and inserting the SIM into the new phone.

2. If you changed to another phone (used phone/phone in someone else's name/phone with dual SIM support) while using a SIM plan

- Your phone may be suspended due to a mismatch in name. In this case, access the URL in the received suspension notification SMS/MMS, verify your identity, and agree to provide KAIT information to lift the suspension and use it.

- SIM recognition problems may also occur even if your phone is not a dual SIM phone. Please reboot your phone 3-4 times after inserting the SIM. If it still does not work after rebooting, please register your device information in the 'Register Phone Information' menu after verifying your identity on the U+U Mobile homepage/app. ■ Registering mobile phone information: (Login) My information > Subscription information/Change > Register mobile phone information > Self-verification > Register mobile phone information (*Enter 14-digit IMEI/model name/EID, etc.)

3. If you are using an eSIM (eSIM) plan and have changed to a new mobile phone

- Send the 'ID card (your ID)/mobile phone information (IMEI, EID, IMEI2) capture' to the customer center, and you can use it after changing the mobile phone information. (*Changes cannot be processed through 1:1 inquiry)

However, when changing an eSIM device, a new profile is downloaded, so an issuance fee of KRW 2,750 is incurred and will be billed the following month.

*Changes to an eSIM device can only be made in Korea, and cannot be made when residing/staying overseas.

    GS25에서 유심을 개통했구나. 그런데 고객센터 로그인 하려고 하는데 휴대폰 번호 확인이 안 되는 거구나. 개통한 지 거의 일주일 되었는데 왜 그런지 답답하겠다. 고객센터에 직접 문의해보는 게 좋을 것 같아. 또는 다른 방법으로 로그인 해보면 어떨까?

    I can't access anything from overseas. The app won't open, and the website is down too. Right after I got my phone, I blocked roaming. Now I'm stuck with a few texts for verification and a huge bill. Uplus cheap plan is a nightmare!

    The main popup at the start of the app has a close button that gets covered by the chatbot icon. This affects user experience and raises concerns about the quality assurance process. It feels like this issue should have been caught before the release.

    I tried to reset my password for the human account. Clicked on change password, but kept getting sent back to the login screen. The ad pop-up had an x button that didn't work. My info link clashed with the chatbot, making it impossible to close. Did you even test the app before launching? I can't log in at all. Why change the interface with an update? You said improvements were made, but this feels like a waste of time and money. Honestly, I'd give zero points if I could, but there's no option for that, so I give it one point.

    It sounds frustrating to deal with a chat button right over the close button. Navigating that setup makes things tricky and not user-friendly at all. The constant pop-ups add to the chaos, making it easy to get stuck in an endless loop of app closures. It really comes off as a design oversight that complicates the experience instead of making it smoother.

    The chat button covers the close button. It's a total mess. Can't do anything at all! Did the developer just bail after making it, or did they get an elementary school student to do it? So funny!

    The chatbox blocks the view of your account. You can't click on it at all. Frustrating, right? You might want to try refreshing the page or minimizing the chatbox if possible. That could help you access your account without any issues.

    Wow, have you seen the apps out there these days? I usually don't write reviews, but this is unbelievable. Isn't U+ a big company in Korea? What's going on? The app is so slow, it's impossible to use. It takes forever just to get in. This has been happening since last year. When will it get updated?
