1. Is online check-in possible for flights departing from overseas?

Online Check-in availability : Europe (Rome, Paris, Frankfurt, Barcelona), Japan (Fukuoka, Osaka, Tokyo, Sapporo, Okinawa, Kumamoto), Taiwan (Songsan), Hong Kong

Unable to check in online : Routes not listed are unable to check-in online

2. Online Check-in does not work. I wonder why we can not use Online Check-in.

Online check-in may not be available for the passengers below. In addition, some seats (such as emergency exit seats) are only allocated at the airport counter.

In addition to the following reasons, it may be restricted.

- Passengers accompanying infants

- Passengers purchased exit row seats

- Single-booked passengers (domestic) under 19 years of age, (international) under 12 years of age

(domestic - adult accompanying reservations, online check-in is possible/ international - exchange certificate issuance and exchange with boarding pass at the counter)

- Pregnant passengers (32 weeks+)

- Passengers needing confirmation by staff(Discount Verification)

- Passengers requested wheelchairs

- Passengers accompanying companion animals

3. Can I use online check-in for both domestic and international flights?

- Available routes: domestic and international routes

- Available time:

1) Domestic flights: 24 hours before departure time to 35 minutes before departure time

2) International flight: 24 hours to 1 hour prior to departure time

If you are unable to check in online due to reasons such as accompanying infants under the age of 2, passengers purchased exit row seats,

(domestic flight) passengers needing confirmation by staff(Discount Verification), or (international flight) passengers don't have round trip ticket, please visit the counter.
