Common errors and solutions

1. Auto-login TV360 using 4G mobile network”, error: "Please turn off WiFi, turn on 4G to log in again - H101"?

    1. The phone is connected to WiFi

Solution:

Turn off WiFi & Turn ON Mobile Data to try again

    2. The TV360 application has not been granted permission to use Mobile Data

Solution:

Check to make sure the iPhone has granted Mobile Data permission to the TV360 application

    3. The phone is enabling the virtual VPN function (eg: WARP 1.1.1.1)

Solution:

Turn off this function or completely delete the virtual VPN application (if any)

2. Can't download TV360 app on App Store via 4G/5G mobile network?

Please check the cause and watch the video for instructions on how to fix it:

    1. iOS operating system version does not support TV360

How to fix: Check the iOS version you are using, if:

iOS version < 11.0 Upgrade iOS version & re-download

iOS version from 11.0 or higher Check Internet connection

    2. Internet connection is not guaranteed

How to fix:

Make sure the phone is successfully connected to the network & must display 4G/5G signal

If only E/3G signal is displayed, select 4G/5G network mode for the phone again or connect to WiFi to re-download

3. Watch TV Channels / K+ / Movies / Music via 4G/5G mobile network, error: “System is busy? Unable to load content - E002? Loading for a long time but still not displaying content…?”

Make sure the phone is successfully connected to the network & must display 4G/5G signal

If only E/3G signal is displayed, select 4G/5G network mode for the phone or connect to WiFi to try again
