This app drives users crazy. The alert notification system is a nightmare. No option to mark notifications as "read." Every login shows a flood of old alerts. It feels overwhelming. New notifications get lost in the chaos. Who notices a change from 34 to 35? Customer service is another story. Long waits and endless transfers. Nobody has clear answers. It's frustrating beyond belief.

I feel like I wasted my money! This app claims to be free, but that's not true. After downloading and installing, the only part that worked was the installation. I checked my credit score, and it seemed accurate at first. Then I found issues. Most of my personal information was correct, but my employment details were outdated by 14 years. The credit compass feature didn’t function at all, and navigating the app felt confusing and frustrating. It offers very little information about credit and accounts. Overall, this app is awful. Stay away from it!

For years, I enjoyed the service and product as a paying member. Recently, things took a turn. The website and app have been glitching, especially the TU credit lock feature. I called eight different numbers, spent hours on the phone, but no one at TU could help. They kept passing me to other departments, leaving me feeling stuck. If I can’t get the service I’m paying for, why should I keep using TU? It’s incredibly frustrating.

This app only works for users with premium TransUnion accounts. Free account holders miss out. The other two credit bureaus offer free options. Plus, this app requires a different login from the website. The password requirements are also less strict compared to the site. Having separate accounts makes using it confusing and frustrating. It feels disorganized.

The Credit Lock feature offers a fantastic way to keep your credit file safe. It provides peace of mind knowing your information stays confidential. You get a clear, current view of your credit score and recent inquiries. It's a great tool for staying on top of your financial health.

It helps me keep an eye on my credit quickly and easily. I get alerts right away if a new account is opened. It gives me peace of mind.

Experian really dropped the ball. Logging in is a nightmare. Tried getting a new password, went through the whole authentication mess. They send an email with a code, I copy it, and still get stuck on the same error. Yet when I signed up for a Veteran account, they had no issues overcharging my credit cards. I finally decided to take them off my DO NOT USE list, thinking things had improved. Nope. Their website still doesn't work properly. What a frustration.
