    I had a really bad experience with the service. It took about 4 days for them to credit my transfer. Customer service didn't give me proper or detailed feedback. I couldn't reach the service provider on the phone as all lines of communication were intentionally switched off.

    This app is amazing for sending money to other countries and the exchange rate for converting GBP to RON or any currency is really good. I've been using it for more than a year and it has never disappointed me.

    So, like, I was trying to send money from my bank in Britain to one in Lithuania. I gave them all the stuff they asked for, even that bank receipt they wanted, and then waited. It's been a whole day now and still no money sent. I tried calling customer service but their phones aren't working. They keep sending me emails saying there are tech problems. I get that things can mess up, but why didn't they tell us on the app? How am I gonna get my money back now?

    This app has been really helpful. You can talk with support in your own language. I've enjoyed using this app for 3 years, but recently I couldn't send money from one country to another because they wanted some answers from me that were really private. Even after I responded, they still needed more documents from my bank and workplace. I'm not comfortable sharing such personal information. Sadly, I have to part ways with this app.

    I used this app, and I didn't feel confident about it. It took a long time for payments to arrive, and the recipient had to answer strange identification questions. I found it odd that I had to provide a selfie and scanned ID documents. It seemed suspicious to me. I believe there are better money transfer apps out there. Moreover, the live chat bot was not helpful at all.
