WHAT IS TQL CARRIER DASHBOARD? 

Our load board is accessible through our carrier-specific technology, TQL Carrier Dashboard. A complementary web portal and mobile app that gives you the freedom to search and quote available loads, submit invoices, view load documents and reduce check calls from your desktop or mobile device.

HOW CAN I GET TQL CARRIER DASHBOARD? 

Request an account here, then access TQL Carrier Dashboard online or download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. An account is not required to download the mobile app and search for loads. Any other feature will prompt a request for a login.

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO SEND TO TQL TO PROCESS MY PAYMENT?

 • TQL invoice or TQL rate confirmation • Signed Bill of Lading (BOL) • Lumper receipts (if applicable) • Scale tickets (if applicable) • Any other necessary load documents with receipts for reimbursement  

HOW DO I SEND THE DOCUMENTS? 

There are 2 options: • Upload your load documents titled “Final Pay Paperwork” in the TQL Carrier Dashboard app • Email your paperwork to CInvoices@tql.com with your PO# in the subject line  If you factor, please send all documents to your factoring company and not to TQL. DO YOU HAVE ANY QUICK PAY OPTIONS? Our standard pay terms are 28-days, but sometimes you need it sooner. WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED A PAYMENT FOR MY LOAD? 

Payment information is accessible through our carrier-specific technology, TQL Carrier Dashboard.  TQL Carrier Dashboard is a complementary web portal and mobile app that provides details on your payments and allows you to upload documents from your desktop or mobile device.

I like everything about the app except that unless I have the app actively running, I get notifications literally every 20 minutes telling me that my location hasn’t changed or that I’ve shut off the app, neither of which are true. Even though location services for this app is set to Always, and background app refresh is on, I still get these annoying notifications All. Day. Long! I don’t have these issues with any other tracking app. Fix this and I’ll gladly give it 5 stars.

It would take the brokers/agents not even a minute to enter pick and drop times yet a lot of them fail to do that and I just don’t see how someone can be productive at work when they stay on the phone all day answering just those 1-2 questions when they could have avoided that and spent their time doing something else. Tracking is another issue in the app. If you stop for even an hour or two the system thinks tracking has been turned off and some of your agents start to worry about useless things. The app is close to perfect but I spend way too much time calling TQL brokers to get just pick and drop times or other small details which isn’t very productive for me. It shouldn’t be that difficult to enter pick and drop times! So until that is fixed, just TWO STARS from me and my team.

I absolutely hate when I see my next load is gonna be a TQL load. They make it absolutely the worst experience prior to getting the load that they can feasibly manage to achieve. And their rates are bad. Most of the time the only reason they book with TQL is to pay for the fuel to get to better freight and kill time. The people are very pleasant to talk to on the phone as long as you aren’t trying to get any real information from them prior to heading to the city the pick up is in. Improvements they could make would be to raise their rates by 300% so that we can actually make a buck and to treat drivers with more respect and provide us with the information we ask for. I start trip planing the minute a trip sheet drops in my email. And it makes it a giant pain when they don’t give us addresses or customer names and PO numbers.

Apple is the problem for allowing these tracking (INVASION OF PRIVACY) apps to be utilized on their platform. IT IS OBVIOUS, from all the complaints about these tracking apps, tql dashboard, macropoint, trucker tools etc…that they are not beneficial to the individuals (truck drivers) that are being forced to use them. THESE TRACKING APPS BENEFIT THE BROKERS!!! They force truck drivers to utilize the apps which disclose their location to all the brokers and allows them to lowball and bankrupt all the drivers! If you do not comply, they levy hefty fines, $500 to $1500 or whatever they choose. Dashboard even monitors your battery charge?!? Apple, this is not acceptable. You are complacent by allowing one party to benefit financially over the other. The government and law enforcement need a warrant to track a persons personal property. The brokers only need Apple.

I wanted to say I appreciate the broker for his patience is my first load with these guys. Hopefully I don’t make the company look bad for the misunderstanding I had. I thought it was just due on the 5th not a specific time, but hopefully I could be forgiven. I take accountability for it being late. Also, this is my first time on the road so I wanna just thank you guys for the opportunity and ask to be forgiven for a bit late once again give me another chance and it won’t happen again as long as specific with the timing thanks.

I'm a news carrier thought I would count on TQL but they dropped balls on me. They decided to get setup once that went well. I asked on a load posted and I heard I was red flagged didn't even do a load yet. I was like WTH and yes I called carrier relation team as well twice but they simply didn't answer why I was red flagged for. They denied to specify and now before I even started my carrier don't feel like trucking anymore cuz most of all the brokers doin the same if one or two giving me the load they are low balling trying to get advantage of me being new to the company but that's not true at all I have plenty of experience I been driving since 2010 to present don't worry TQL the day will come when you will need me but imma tell you the same sorry I have you on the red flag in my system as well.
