    The app keeps messing up. I see 200 of the same message in my inbox that won't delete. When I scroll too quickly on a saved list, it asks for human verification which doesn't disappear. If I switch to another app and then return to this one, the screen goes back to the beginning. Many problems that make it hard to enjoy using the app and make me less loyal to the brand.

    Oh, it was a real challenge to deal with. So, I was at Total Wine, ready to use my reward dollars in line to make a purchase when suddenly the app on my phone kicked me out without warning. My password was back at home, so there was no way for me to access my account and claim my rewards. On top of that, some features were just not cooperating. For instance, I tried to input my mailing address, but after entering the information, there was no option to save it. When I went back to the previous screen, all the updates I made to my address were gone.

    Great news! The issues have been sorted out, and I can now place orders without any trouble. This app is now one of the best ones ever. I adore visiting stores, but shopping at 10:30 pm in my pajamas is even more fantastic.

    So, here's what happened: I had trouble adding my credit card on the app. It just wouldn't take it, so I had to switch to the website to get it done. The weird thing is, when I added my card on the app, it didn't even ask for my name on the card, which made me worry it might not work. Once I fixed my payment details on the website, I went back to the app to place my delivery order, and guess what? It wouldn't let me proceed because it claimed that my address wasn't verified, even though it definitely was. So frustrating! But when I went back to the website, I managed to send in my order successfully. So, it seems like some key features of the app are not working as they should be.

    It has been a year since I last checked this app. Nothing was improved. This app is terrible! The IT person should be fired and they need to find someone who can code. The manager should also be let go for such poor quality. Update on the review - This app is still awful! There are serious problems!! They haven't resolved the issue of syncing stock with in-store stock. You cannot close the app without going to the task manager. Every "New" version doesn't seem to solve anything.
