Planning your visit
Step 1
Check the Park Operation Calendar
Information about Park operations, entertainment schedule and closures of Park facilities up to approximately 3 months in advance is available.
- The operating hours are subject to change without notice.
Step 2
Purchase Park tickets
Fixed-date tickets are available for purchase approximately two months in advance on the bookings/purchases page of the Tokyo Disney Resort Official Website or on the Tokyo Disney Resort App.
Park tickets cannot be purchased at the Park ticket booths.
Up to 5 Park tickets may be purchased at a time. To purchase 6 or more tickets, please make a separate purchase.
Requests for cancellations or refunds due to guests’ personal reasons will not be accepted for purchased Park tickets.
Preparing for your visit (after ticket purchase up to the day before your visit)

Park Ticket
Ticket prices are based on variable pricing. Please check the ticket price, which may vary depending on the day, before purchasing your fixed-date tickets.
Park ticket sales schedule
Tickets will be sold daily from 2:00 p.m. for admissions on the same date two months later.
- If the same date for admission does not exist in the month in which you are making your purchase, tickets will be available from 2:00 p.m. on the first day of the next month.

・For each Park ticket type, there may be instances where ticket sales are temporarily suspended without notice if the daily ticket sales limit is reached.
・Tickets that are sold out may become available for purchase again without notice.
How to purchase Park Ticket
Park tickets can be purchased through the Tokyo Disney Resort Official Website or Tokyo Disney Resort App.
Ticket booths are currently closed.
Up to five Park tickets may be purchased online at a time.
Requests for cancellations and refunds due to guests’ personal reasons will not be accepted for purchased Park tickets.
Regarding online Park ticket changes
Changes can be made only during the Park ticket's period of validity.
Changes can be made to a Park ticket after its date of admission designated at the time of purchase only if the Park ticket is within its period of validity.
There are no fees for making changes to the date of admission and age category.
Refunds and cancellations of Park tickets due to guests' personal reasons are not accepted.
Please note that the conditions for making changes to purchased Park tickets have changed. This difference applies to Park tickets with an admission date on or after April 1, 2023, which is designated at the time of purchase.

Example: Change from Child ticket to Junior ticket

Changes to the expiration date
Changes can be made to Park tickets online only for those purchased through the Tokyo Disney Resort Official Website.
Date of admission cannot be changed to a date when Park tickets are sold out.
Ticket changes can be made without a fee. You will be charged the entire amount of the ticket you wish to change to, and refunded the entire amount of the ticket you wish to change, regardless of whether there is a price difference between the two tickets.
How to use the app
1. How to use park ticket
Entering the Park
Scan your Park ticket with the reader at the Park entrance. Please scan the tickets for all members of your party if you are entering the Park together at the same time.
- You will not be able to scan the ticket for a member of your party who will not be entering the Park with you. You may be requested to go to the back of the line for admission if not all members of your party is present.
2. How to Display Park Tickets with the App
By selecting your scheduled date of Park admission on the top page of the Tokyo Disney Resort App, information about your purchased Park ticket will be displayed.
By tapping the ticket that you plan to use, the code will be displayed.
Please scan the code onto the reader at the entrance when entering the Park.
3. Make changes using the App
Step 1
Open the app and tap Help, located towards the bottom right of the screen.
Step 2
Under the Help menu, tap "Bookings and Purchases," and then select "My Booking."
Step 3
Select a Park ticket transaction to proceed to make changes to a Park ticket.
Step 4
Select whether to change the date of admission or age category.
If making changes to both, please make changes one at a time.
Step 5
Select the Park ticket you wish to make changes to.
Step 6
After selecting the changes you wish to make, enter payment details, and tap "OK."
Step 7
Check that you have been directed to a page confirming that changes were made.
4. How to reserve date of visit / Park
Step 1
Activate the App, and tap the screen once.
Step 2
Tap the Scan Ticket button.
Step 3
Scan the code on your ticket.
Step 4
Tap OK after checking the Notes regarding Park tickets.
Step 5
Select Park.
If your ticket is designated with a Park of visit, then you will not be able to select another Park.
Step 6
Select date of visit, and tap Reserve for the date selected.
Dates marked with “x” or “-“ may not be selected.
Step 7
Your reservation is complete once the ticket is displayed under the reserved date on the top page.
If your ticket is not displayed, then please update or restart the App.
You will also receive a confirmation email to the email address registered to your Disney account.
Step 8
On your day of visit, please scan the ticket displayed on the App onto the reader at the Park entrance.
You may be requested to present the printed ticket you scanned using the App, so please make sure to bring this ticket with you on your day of visit.
5. How to change date of visit / Park
Step 1
Activate the App, and tap the ticket you wish to change.
If you wish to make changes after the date reserved for admission, then you will need to scan the printed ticket (in a business card-size), and reserve the date of visit and Park again. Please make sure that you have the printed ticket with you until you enter the Park.
Step 2
Tap Change Date/Park.
Step 3
Select Park.
If your ticket is designated with a Park of visit, then you will not be able to select another Park.
Step 4
Select date of visit, and tap Reserve for the date selected.
Dates marked with “x” or “-“ may not be selected.
Step 5
Your ticket will be displayed under the reserved date on the top page.
If your ticket is not displayed, then please update or restart the App.
You will also receive a confirmation email to the email address registered to your Disney account.
6. How to check date of visit / Park
Step 1
Activate the App, select the date reserved, and check the information on your ticket.
If the updated information is not displayed, then please update or restart the App.
Measures to Address Unauthorized Reselling of Park Tickets
Tokyo Disney Resort is implementing the following measures to address unauthorized reselling of tickets for commercial gain.
If an unauthorized resale of a Park ticket for commercial gain is confirmed, the relevant ticket and all other tickets purchased by the person responsible for the unauthorized resale will be made invalid (regardless of whether or not those other tickets were for resale) based on violation of the Park Ticket terms of use.
As such, Park tickets sold at unofficial vendors, online reseller shops, online auctions, or ticket brokers may be invalid. Please be aware that in such cases, the holder of an invalid ticket will be denied admission to the Park, and will not be entitled to a refund.
Note: These measures apply to all tickets sold from December 1, 2016.
