What are your opening times?

We strongly recommend booking in advance to guarantee entry and to avoid disappointment. Book early and save to make use of our online discount.

Guests will be charged our gate price of £66 when buying tickets, online or on site, on the same day of your visit.

Please note: Thorpe Park has been known to close on some off-peak dates during the season, but our seasonal calendar will make this clear when looking ahead. Please visit our website to find this information.

Please note that last entry to Thorpe Park is an hour before closing, excluding overnight sleepers.

What time do the rides and attractions open?

The majority of our rides open at 10.00am, however, some attractions may open at 12.00pm.

All rides and attractions are subject to availability; we recommend checking social media or downloading the Thorpe Park Resort App for all the latest updates.

When are the busiest and quietest times to visit?

Thorpe Park is a very popular Theme Park, so it’s inevitable that there will be days when it is busy. However, with a bit of planning, you can still have the most amazing time!

It can be difficult to say how busy the Theme Park will be on a day that you choose to visit, however, school holidays and event periods are busier than mid-week term time dates.

To make the most of your visit, pre-book your tickets here to get them sent straight to your device.

We recommend arriving early to allow time for our security checks and download the Official Thorpe Park App to help plan your day.

Please note that all guests, including Passholders, must pre-book their tickets in advance to guarantee entry.

Do you have Lockers available?

We strongly recommend using our lockers as loose items cannot be taken onto most rides.

We have two locker sizes, our Large Lockers being available for £5 and our Jumbo Lockers for £10.

Our lockers are available at various locations around the park, such as by Storm Surge, in the Lower Dome and outside of Flying Fish.

Do you have a Praying Area?

We do not have a dedicated area for praying, however, we can recommend a few quieter areas around the theme park such as:

- The grass area of the Lake view marquee (if no event is currently running). 

- The green area located by Vortex

What is a Parent Swap?

Our Parent Swap pass allows parents to enjoy our rides and attractions while bringing their children to the theme park who may not reach our ride restrictions.

If your children are under the height restriction but you still want to ride, the Parent Swap allows one parent to queue on behalf of both.

One parent will use the Parent Swap whilst queueing normally. A ride host will need to sign the Parent Swap in order for the second parent to queue through the Fastrack entrance, while they are taking turns supervising their child/children outside of the ride.

Our Parent Swap can be collected from our Fastrack unit, located to the left of our Nemesis Inferno Shop at the back of the park - please speak to the team for more information if you do have any additional questions.
