TenTime is an interactive streaming video on demand platform fostering a wide range of productions from all around the Arab World, in addition to International productions dubbed into Arabic. On TenTime, you will find a massive library of Arabic songs which are not found on any single platform elsewhere including all features and functionalities, recommendations and reviews, the website, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our service (“TenTime content”).

TenTime content is streamed over the Internet to certain Internet-connected TVs, Mobile Phones, computers and other devices ("TenTime ready devices").

The Terms of Use set forth below are binding on all users of this web site, related mobile application and any other online services or properties owned or controlled by TenTime (“TenTime Service”). By directing your browser to TenTime service you accept these Terms of Use. TenTime reserves its right to amend, add, delete, change, or may modify these Terms of Use or discontinue TenTime Service, at any time at its sole discretion. In addition, TenTime reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to seek and obtain any other remedies available to it pursuant to any applicable laws and regulations or at equity as a result of your breach of these Terms of Use or any other act or omission by you that gives rise to a claim by TenTime.

The license to stream content on TenTime platform is granted by TenTime to you solely, and that no third party is liable to provide TenTime services to you except for TenTime and in accordance with the terms of use specified herein.

You are not located at a Country which is listed on the United States of America list of restricted or prohibited Countries, nor are considered by the United States of America as a terrorist supporting country.

Subscription

Your TenTime subscription is on monthly basis, and will continue until terminated or not renewed. To use the TenTime service you must have Internet access and a TenTime device and provide us with one or more Payment Methods.

“Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your credit card, payment gateway, scratch card or any other payment method adopted by TenTime from time to time. Unless you cancel your subscription before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing period to the payment method you have provided us with.

TenTime provides free streaming of certain content, moreover, TenTime offers paid streaming for content based on the bundles specified in these terms.

TenTime may offer certain discounts on its monthly subscription plans. You will be notified via email or any other adopted communication channel of such promotions and discounts. 

TenTime offers three bundles for subscription depends on your choice. The bundles are:

Music: giving you access to our music library

Shows: giving you access to our Series, Plays, Movies and TV Shows

Premium: giving you access to our Music library and Shows.

Personal Data is any information relating to natural persons who can be identified, directly or indirectly. We may collect, use, store and transfer the following types of personal data:

Identity Data: First name, Last name, date of birth, gender

Contact Details: email address, telephone number

Location Data

Payment Receipts

Payment details: First 6 digits of Credit card, Expiry date of Credit card that you use on our Platform.

Consent records: records of any consents you have given, together with the date and time, means of consent and any related information.

Marketing and Communication Data: user’s preferences in relation to receiving information about our websites.

Any reviews that you choose to share with us, or publicly post referring to us on social media platforms.
